Location - It is located right at the edge of the French Quarter. It was a 10 minute walk straight down into the French Quarter and Bourbon Street.
It was very quiet, and seemed reasonably safe. (The police station is across the street).

Parking was abundant. There were plenty of spaces when I arrived around 6pm. During the day, it might be a little bit busier.

The lobby area has a small check in area, a guided tour desk, and a nice looking cafe which is open from 9am-3pm. On the way to the elevator, there is a cool train exhibit showcasing some very cool memorabilia. On the other side is a gift shop and other exhibits.

The Rooms are located on Floors 2 and 3. The key is required to access both the elevator, and once on your floor, the hallway where the rooms are located.

Room 205 is a windowless room on the East side of the building. Upon entry, there is a small foyer and a small closet. The room is spacious, albeit lacking a bench which would help for luggage storage. It was very modern, clean, and a nice dark space to sleep in. There were well placed outlets bedside to charge electronics as well.

It wasn’t the best soundproofing-wise, as there were times you could hear movements from other rooms. However, it wasn’t that bad all things considered it is in a very old building that wasn’t designed to be a hotel.

Overall, it was more pleasant than stays I’ve had in the French Quarter and surrounding area. There was less riff-raff, parking was as easy at it gets, and the walk was actually very nice passing through some of the quieter streets in a normally rowdy area. For the price point, it was a very good deal. Any higher and I think it opens the door to look at other options.

Wonderful little hotel in a good location close to the main areas in the French quarter but far enough away that the area felt safe and quiet. Would definitely reccomend this place.

The hotel itself. Being converted was great. It's not big, it's not small. Just big enough.

Yes and yes! As cold one nite and requested extra blanket - it was brought promptly. Shower door was hard to close. All else was great.

Very clean and lady at the front desk was very friendly, great place to stay and walking distance to French Quarter and you don’t have to deal with parking in the street since this hotel has its own parking lot

Loved this place! Our room had a few extra visitors but overall the atmosphere was very relaxing and homey. The staff were attentive and helped ensure all our concerns were addressed. We've recommended this place to others visiting the area and would love to come stay again. Our room was on the side of the cemetery but still worth it.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel over Thanksgiving weekend. Bri at the front counter was super friendly and awesome. The rooms were very nice and clean. All of French Quarter was within walking distance but the hotel itself was pretty quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Room was nice enough, there wasn't much of a view. We were on the 3rd floor and didn't realize there was a banquet room above us. The chairs scraping above us was annoying. Thankfully the parties both Friday and Saturday ended early.
Staff at the frontdesk were super sweet and helpful.
