The staff was super lovely. The valet parking was convenient, but for the price we pay, it should've been included. I went down for extra towels at midnight, and they didn't have any which was inconvenient. While it was a lovely vibe, I wasn't blown away by it.

The room was great. It was really interesting to stay in an old sugar factory. It was really cold and when we were there and the heat hard a time keeping up with 74. The breakfast food was sufficient to take the edge off hunger, fresh, good coffee, what was needed for people who will be eating all day. The Balcony was ery pleasant at night my room was very nice. Th shower gel comtainer was completely empty.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room and build were very clean. Only issue were other guests. The person above us walked heavily and someone’s tv was extremely loud. It didn’t last long so we didn’t contact the front desk. Loved the overall stay, great hotel and location. Will recommend.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable, and great for our first NO experience. Close to most things you’d like to see, do, eat, explore. My only complaint is the breakfast as it could have had more variety for GF/DF folks… but after such rich Cajun/Creole lunches and dinners, we truly weren’t that hungry in the mornings anyway. The Hotel Mazarin is well located for visitors to the city of New Orleans. The rooms are lovely and the courtyard is very pleasant. Our group enjoyed breakfast here and found it very well priced. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Will was exceptionally helpful! A lovely experience!

Everything wonderful except for the bar. It’s a wine bar and we didn’t drink wine so maybe that’s why we were treated like we really weren’t there. The Hotel is wonderful just skip the bar.

The front desk people were very courteous and extremely accommodating. However, the morning the day we left, the housekeeper lady, knocked on the door and spoke very rudely to us. We have stayed at this place many times and everytime we go to New Orleans. We will continue going there.

Clean rooms parking was great. Breakfast was good. Coffee was OK. Staff was great.

Every one was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We did struggle a little with the air conditioning ( sometimes too warm sometimes too chilly). Parking was easy. We had stayed here before as the hotel is just a few blocks from our daughter’s house.

We enjoyed our stay here during Xmas break. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and with a character. No chemical smells. Good shower water pressure at high floors. Perfect location in the heart of the French Quarter

Room 216 should not be considered “deluxe” under any circumstances. Mattresses are in dire need of replacement. Bathroom too small. Seating area too small and only 1 chair. I have stayed in other rooms in the past in this same hotel several times with complete satisfaction. This stay was disappointing.

This is by far my favorite "home base" for visiting the Quarter - location is wonderful, ambience is incredible (better than many, many more pricey options) and the staff always welcoming. Candy was extremely friendly. There were rude patrons that came in being extremely rude, and she was waiting on us and continued helping us and told them they were gonna have to wait.She was helping us, and she took her time fully helping us. EVERY TIME WE SEEN HER, SHE WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND REMEMBERED OUR NAMES. We will stay here on our next couples trip.

The location is great, and the state was overall OK. The caveat is, downtown was fully booked, my AC was not working. Trip.com help facilitate the process of moving to another room, but it took me two days so it was initially unpleasant.

But the hotel is very strange: there's no refrigerator in the room (nothing at all), so I had to ask reception to pick up medications that need to be refrigerated. There's also no safe, no closets (instead of closets, there are a couple of hangers on the wall). There's no sink in the bathroom; the sink is in the room with the bed. There's plenty of space...

I enjoyed a very nice room with a great shower, hot water, and a comfortable bed. Added bonuses was the free parking and the location on the streetcar line.

The Natchez was the best lodging for our group. We had three couples so we each had a bedroom and bathroom. We were in room 2204, we had a nice gathering area in the kitchen. Our private outdoor hot tub area was perfect for our evenings. It was the perfect location to reach restaurants, the river, the streetcar stop.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!! The only complaint I have is that the rental does not have parking for you. You have to find somewhere to park. We paid 57.00 a night for parking. Just a heads up so you will know before you arrive.
