Service is subpar with a lack of general hospitality engagement from behind the desk. No smiles or courtesy greetings from staff. They were more engaged with each other than their guests. Staff was lovely. The hotel rooms are clean but very dated. It felt like we were in a La Quinta Inn inside the room. It was not what we were expecting.

Manager Corey did a superb job helping us with additional items needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located in an area of shops and restaurants and the staff are very helpful.

All the staff were amazing and very eager to address any issues I had. But the hotel is definitely need a way cosmetic upgrade. The furniture and carpeting in the lobby are really worn and dirty. It's a rather old hotel, but it's right next to the famous Luke. It's about a 20-minute walk from attractions like the French Quarter. For the price, it's decent.

The accommodations were great, and the staff were pleasant! Best of all, the location was fantastic. The tram was close by, and it was centrally located, so I could walk everywhere.

The stay was decent. The tile was busted in the entrance of our room so we wore footwear to make sure we didn't cut our feet. When our room was cleaned the cleaning lady threw away our souvenir cups which was disappointing and we still haven't received our deposit back yet.

Very nice rooms with kitchen amenities. The courtyard and pool areas are great for relaxing outdoors and the business services room has a nice couch and TV for watching sports. The hotel is on the smaller side. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the French Quarter, which makes it relatively safe and quiet. The room decor is very charming and tasteful. There's also a communal lounge on the first floor with a great atmosphere. A grocery store is conveniently located a short walk from the entrance. New Orleans has a lot of hotels, but this one stands out.

The hotel service was really bad. I would not stay there again. I understand that in order to save resources, sheets may not be changed daily, but we at least expected someone to come in empty the trash bins and change the towels. We found out that they do not do that either. You have to request housekeeping service to come and get the trash daily, which was really odd.

Nice, chill vibe with a great variety of drink options. The water pressure is not great (and by not great I mean barely passable for a shower), the Wi-Fi was awful, limited in-room entertainment options.

Beautiful charming hotel in a great location. Elise at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind, helping navigate extended stays on 3 rooms for our family. Only downside is if you are on the first floor, they blasted the music from the bar until 2:30 am making it impossible to sleep.

The location of this hotel, in the French Quarter , is ideal. Its very easy to walk to tourist sites or pickup locations. The hotel is very clean. There is no elevator so if you are staying here with heavy luggage request a room downstairs.

We absolutely loved our stay at LaBelle Maison . Location is excellent walking distance to most everything , by the trolly and across the street from Ruby Slippers best brunch around .
