Very nice little hotel in the middle of the French Quarter. Just understand that there is no front desk or parking, just a bedroom bathroom kitchen you access from the outside of a house-sized building. Park at a pay lot Premiere Paek 0407 near Jackson Square. Check-in before 5:00pm.

If you are looking for all the amenities with WIFI, fresh coats of paint, and fancy things, this place isn't for you. My husband and I were looking for history, privacy, and very little of the modern world. Nine O Five Royal exceeded those requirements for us. Ok hotel, staff really friendly and helpful, good location walking to where the action is, and nice restaurants nearby, close to the shopping mall, pool is just rubbish, rooms ok,  the sort of thing thing you would expect, I thought the price was quite high comparing to other better hotels on our trip. We didn't eat in the hotel, or use the gym so I can't comment on that

Homewood was in a really good spot, accessible via walking and tram/buses right along the front. It is a few blocks from all tourist spots (Bourbon St., Acme restaurant, Cafe Du Monde, etc). The staff were all friendly and helpful. They have a valet service and laundry facilities. The room was clean and nice.

Good location, just few minutes walk from bourbon street. The hotel is comfy and clean, especially the toilet. The hotel only has valet parking option. There are also plenty of cheaper parking lots nearby.

Great! A convenient hotel near the bus stop. I slept soundly.

The breakfast was varied and enough to fill me up. When the toilet got clogged, I had to wait until the next morning for it to be fixed, but they handled it politely.

Everything was great except the bedding and room temp. The pillows were very soft and uncomfortable, leaving my neck in pain. The temperature of room was difficult to control. We would keep waking up at night alternately hot and cold making it difficult to sleep.

Room was perfect, the overall amenities were great and location was perfect from where I needed to be during my visit.

The lady that checked me in unfortunately i forgot her name but she was amazing!!! She even put a small heater on counter for us to warm our hands cause it was freezing oitside and i couldnt feel my fingers!! Above and beyond on the kindness!

Very unique hotel! Very clean and nice size rooms. We had a large kitchenette area with large sink, microwave and a set of dishes and glassware. My ONLY complaints were i wish there was a counterspace in the bathroom by the mirror. It was only a Tiny pedestal sink. And there wasnt a body length mirror. Otherwise 10/10. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was okay and served its purpose. Had issues with the television and called the front desk a couple of times about it. They responded promptly to address the issue. It was determined the box was bad and needed replacing. No the most desirable location but no bad experiences.

Area looks like a warzone. Housekeeping does not speak english. Asked for a box of tissues a d was told they dont carry them use toilet paper. Room was clean and beds were comfortable

The room wasn't the best but it served it's purpose. The staff and service was excellent, the maintenance guy was very helpful and the front desk guy always had fresh coffee ready for us, everyone was very polite and courteous, and I loved that there were so many dogs, it made me miss my fur babies at home lol

The space was clean and worked well for our family. We could walk to most of the attractions we came to visit. Although there is no on-site parking, there are many affordable options nearby.

What can I say about this place? The price was right I guess. I never saw a single staffer during my stay, which is fine, just odd. The elevator stinks, the furniture and appointments are dated. If I’d been there for anything other than a work trip I’d be disappointed, but I was basically only in the room when I was sleeping. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It was fine.

This B&B deserves more than the 3 stars. Tom and Patricia were very welcoming and made our stay more enjoyable. Tom provided us with a music list everyday and his recommendations were excellent. This property was amazing! Anthony was super friendly and very knowledgeable. When we first arrived I was very surprised by the outside of the building. But once you enter the building you enter a beautiful oasis. Our cottage #1 was spacious and extremely comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s so worth every penny. This is an exceptional property. It is an oasis hidden in the middle of the French Quarter. After a long day of walking, it was such a treat to cool off in the pool. The complimentary drinks in the pool house were an extra treat. The rooms are beautiful and quiet with plush towels and crisp sheets. Thank you Shaun and Anthony for making our stay so wonderful. This place is exactly like the pictures. It’s more of an Air B&B that’s right around the corner from Bourbon Street. I love it. Stayed for Mardi Gras 2025. Definitely would stay again.

Room was mostly clean and updated, it’s a simple remodeled motel (with an RV park attached), gated, and was perfect for what we needed! 8.5/10 for a dirty shower curtain and the fact that it’s just a simple, cheap motel. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Staff was distant , like not listening when we talk . The room itself was ok . Lots of marks , finger marks or streaks of mud on the doors. Like someone smeared mud on the doors deliberately.

Loved the historic feel of this 1840’s guest house. The antique furniture was gorgeous. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the courtyard. Staff was super friendly. We were never told when we checked that there is a $250 fee if you lose the room key. We were given only one key for a 2 room suite. I explained that to the check out staff and she said it didn't matter and we would still be charged the $250 fee. The staff was amazing. When we first got there one of the front valet walked us in, showed us where everything was, and then wrote down good places to eat while we visited. Fantastic Hotel in perfect location, there is an abundance of great restaurants and shopping in the area It has a lovely pool area and parking which is extremely rare. Brad who has worked at the hotel for 43 years was wonderful to deal with, very informative and friendly. We would highly recommend and will return.
