Everything was excellent. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the metro, which is very convenient. Great hotel overall — the service was top-notch, and the spa was wonderful too. Highly recommend!

This hotel was PERFECT for families! They had extra comfy cots and their heated pool was amazing. The kids absolutely had a blast! Plus it was within walking distance to so many fun things such as the Museum of Science and TD garden. Plus they have on site Starbucks and an amazing restaurant- but if that doesnt tickle your fancy the Cheesecake Factory is right across the street including a small mall.

We booked a standard room with a city view and were pleasantly surprised to see the Charles River. The bed was large enough to accommodate our luggage, and we received a bag of cookies and snacks upon check-in. The hygiene and service were excellent! Recommended!

Second time staying here, quite like the vibe of the hotel. By the river side of Boston river, quite quiet during the day, but also a popular gathering place at night and on weekends. So you get both the quietness and the crowd. The room is decent sizes, nothing to complain about. And the services are also reasonable. Surely would be my choice if I come back to Boston again. Oh forgot to mention, get a river view room, it's surely worth the price difference.

Last minute reservation, fast check in, received a room upgrade when offered to join the Sonesta program. Very nice staff. The room was excellent, very clean and well presented. Highly recommend.

Maria makes the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The Good Egg is a solid sandwich at every ABP I've been to, but Maria takes it to another level!! 10/10 sandwich when it's made by her. I agree she deserves a promotion. Overall: high quality establishment but Maria definitely leads the way

I visit maybe 3/5 times a week. Some days I can order a sandwich before 6:30 and make it to work by 7am not too far away. Today (6/15/2017), the man who was there was very rude explaining there is nobody here who can service me. Oh I'm sorry the company has good food, maybe you should put a tent over the whole store or turn the lights off indicating you aren't open for business. It pains me to get a breakfast sandwich at Dunkin.

Well if you open at 6:30, why on some days I'm able to leave with my meal ? The inconsistency causes confusion and "hanger" (hunger + anger).

Get it together "a good bread", seriously.

This Au Bon Pain is located inside the mall food court and feels like a smaller/express version of their typical locations around the city. They have the full line of sandwiches, but no salad bar and limited number of soups. The pastry section also seems small but they have most of their staple items including prepackaged salads, and to go items.

Very rude upon asking for anything such as ketchup or sauces u paid for at register and didnt get with order they dont listen to simple instruction like no cheese now i have a 7 dollar sandwich i cannot eat thanks again bk
