Everything was great. The hotel was very central and the staff were friendly. They had free 24-hour water and coffee. The only downside was that the heating was very noisy.

Great value. Not much of a view out the window, Also, garbage pick up at 4;00 in the morning.

Everything was perfect. Thanks

Could do with some updating, particularly the reception and lounge. Housekeeping was hit and miss. We asked for some glasses in reception and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to bring them. The coffee pods in the room weren't topped up every day and one morning, a half used bottle of hand-wash appeared (not ours nor the hotel brand). The doors had big gaps around them letting in a lot of light and noise, especially the bathroom door which had a huge gap at the bottom so not very private.

Very nice room but a little small. Shower was small but the rooms were very clean. Can’t ask for a better central location. We walked to Quincy Market, Aquarium and TD Garden. Very convenient! We would stay again!

Rooms are small, tight squeeze and pretty basic . The water pressure was amazing but the shower was so cramped.

Outlets didn’t work and were scarce. And the rooms were dusty and just old

They provide complimentary filter water from a machine

Personnel at the front desk were nice but that’s about it in customer service. Everything else is all self service . We asked for shaving kit and they directed us to some closet we can go to in our floor to service ourselves.

It’s in a good location but Wouldn’t stay here again

I was worried when I read the reviews about this CQ because many complained about a bad bed and noise from the street and hallway. It got me to second guess my decision to book the CQ for the weekend. But I am happy to report that at least in my case I slept quite fine, the bed was new and in good shape. There was indeed some noise from street, but didn’t bother me at all (I am from a city, but it could bother others who are not used to city sounds).

The staff was exceptionally warm. Every person that I interacted with seemed happy to work there and to talk to their guests. I was able to get a late check out at 3pm for an extra fee, which helped a lot with my late evening flight out of Boston so that I could keep my room for much of the day. I also appreciate the hotel hospitality offering tea and coffee in the lobby (and rooms) and filtered water in the corridors.

Last, the location and the price are hard to beat (at least for a weekend stay). So I would absolutely come back to this hotel when in Boston.

Good pace with limited budget

My fiancé and I stayed here for four days, and while the hotel and location were great, the service was truly impeccable. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with help (unfortunately, I did not get this associate's name) and were also helped upon checkout by Carla. We had some weird flight times, and the staff helped us with booking and transportation information to make this trip flawless.

If you are looking for a fancy hotel with a big room, then this hotel is not for you. However, if you are looking to visit Boston and have a clean, reliable hotel whose associates greet you every time you walk in and out, are happy to give directions and recommendations, and work hard jumping through hoops to make your vacation great - then this is your hotel.

We will definitely be back - thank you, Club Quarters!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Carla and Trisha, who went above and beyond to make my experience special. Their exceptional service truly made a difference.

The location is perfect—just a short walk from shopping, restaurants, the train station, and easy access to water taxis and other transportation. The room was very comfortable, just the right size, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The overall environment was warm and inviting, making it a great place to unwind.

Thanks to the amazing hospitality, especially from Carla and Trisha, I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future!

Wouldn’t come here again for British food. I ordered the Shepherd’s pie, and it just wasn’t...
The same goes for the roast beef and Yorkshire pudding.

Beer was good though, and the drink prices are fairly cheap.

Stopped by when walking through Boston. Ideal for a beer and a snack. Noticed they played live sport and had international beers if that’s your bag. I had a few different local beers which were great. Friendly staff and good location

Stumbled across this place on the last day of our visit (Wednesday) . Good grub

A+ food. A+ service A+prices AAA+ atmosphere. The fries have plenty of flavor and are crispy. The batter in the chicken fingers is crunchy and flavorful. The honey mustard is not too vinegary. One doesn't need to further salt or season anything. Look forward to coming again and trying other foods. The seasonal decorations add to a great atmosphere. All this done without emptying the wallet.

Great food, friendly service, and a chill vibe. I hate going out downtown, but I would make it a point to come here again.

Great food (loved the steak) and friendly staff. We were there on a rather loud night with a party going on while we were finished our dessert so I guess that’s probably not very representative for the place overall.

Came here on a Saturday around 6pm. Place was pretty much dead, was good because I could actually use one of the 4 pool tables ($15/hour for a table). I'm curious how it gets at night.

I came here tonight and drove all the way to New Jersey. And I was racially profiled. I payed 20 buck to get in and this other black kid I guess snuck in and I paid to get in and some young girl said it was me. When I tried to tell them it wasn’t me they said, they said it want me. I’m so upset. I’ve never been racially profiled before but I was disrespected tonight being one the only African American in there. If you are of any ethnicity, but Caucasian do not go here these people need cultural training. It’s discguating to get treated like this in 2017. I’m thinking of solving this legally.

I've usually come here on quieter evenings and I have never been disappointed. The most recent time I came here I got a lobster roll with a friend as well as a couple cups of chowder and some beers. Service was quick and we sat at the bar. Bartender had good recommendations on beers as well as whiskey. Food was very good, the roll was a bit burnt on one-side but otherwise the meal was perfect.

We attended a private party there. The appetizers and buffet meal were very good. The shrimp and oysters were a hit, and I was particularly impressed with the cheese and fruit offerings. The staff were pleasant and helpful for the most part. The proprietor seemed rather stressed, and I didn't see him smile at or engage anyone, which made me wonder if he was thinking instead about the money he was possibly not making from his regular Saturday night crowd. (We noticed several small groups look disappointed to read the "closed for private party" sign on the door.) I heard multiple complaints during the evening about it being much too cold in the venue, but I don't know if anyone addressed this directly to the staff. The loud music made it unpleasant for conversations, and the passive-aggressive playing of "Happy Trails" around 9:45pm did not go unnoticed.
I would make one last suggestion for the bar staff to simply keep a few pitchers of water available for those who were not drinking alcohol (i.e.: designated drivers) to help themselves.
