Not recommended – multiple issues made for a poor stay.

1. The plumbing is a major problem—whenever a nearby room used hot water, the pipes made a loud noise similar to road or building work.
2. I was forced to switch rooms near 10:00 PM to a floor supposedly reserved for flight crew so they could sleep—completely disregarding that other guests also need rest.
3. Even on that “quiet” floor, you could still hear coffee machines from the next room and people talking across the hallway.
4. Access is also inconvenient—you have to take two separate lifts just to reach your Uber.

Super close to Chinatown, making dining incredibly convenient. The hotel was very quiet, and the AC unit was whisper-quiet.

The hotel staff was generally friendly, and we were especially impressed by one front desk officer with long hair who went above and beyond to assist us. She was exceptionally helpful and eager to support us in any way possible. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with convenient access to the Red Line subway. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston!

It's a long weekend in Boston, so hotel prices were higher than usual. However, choosing this hotel paid off, as both the ambiance and the room were significantly better. It seems all hotels have carpets, which makes dragging heavy luggage after a long trip particularly cumbersome! This time, I was finally given a room closer to the elevator, and the city-view room I booked offered excellent panoramic views of the city. My only complaint, though, is that for a room costing over $2000 a night, they don't provide complimentary bottled water. You either need to be a member or pay an additional $5 per bottle!

Pool was being renovated and sauna room was not turned on. Good location. Concierge was very helpful. Make sure you have a credit card or you can't check in (even though I prepaid online)

The location is fantastic, right downtown, and you can easily walk to Boston Common. Overall, a great experience.

This is my go to restaurant when I am heading to the theater. Good German good, large beer selection. Staff is nice.

This place is the #1 spot to go to for the German experience in the Boston area. It has great food, great beer selection, and the ambiance of this place is par-none. I saw Germany win the World cup here, it was nuts! I've never seen a restaurant let a lone a bar that crowded before, and when the ticker hit 90+ minutes everybody was cheering and I even saw one girl start dancing on the bar. Aside from special events like that you can expect a sing along night with the piano in the dining hall. If you're headed to anything in the theatre district, this is the place to eat beforehand.

Really fun atmosphere with a very good beer selection, including some tasty German Beers. You can order regular or even Steins! It is a really good place to go with friends,especially when they have the piano going. It's fun to sing a long and hang with friends. The food can be a little expensive depending on what you get but it is all very tasty. They serve mainly German fare.

Attended for a company event on a mid Saturday afternoon. Evocative physical setting which was belied by events. Surly waitress with attitude. Mass confusion on the part of servers. The food gave both my wife and I a nice case of 36-hour indigestion. Great selection of beer though. For a more satisfying experience, try Doyle's instead (but not on St. Pat's Day!).

Great German food and beer selection. The food is affordable and I really enjoy the Saturday piano sing-along - a blast with good friends (Saturday better than Friday). Grab a liter of beer and get ready for a good night.
