Amenities such as the heated pool, sauna, and on-site Starbucks contribute to guest satisfaction. Guests appreciate the smooth check-in/out process and easy movement between hotel and convention spaces. Several reviews mention unexpected extra charges including a destination fee and multiple unauthorized credit card charges. Some guests complain about the hotel being overpriced and parking fees of $45 per night not clearly communicated. Issues with staff attitude and professionalism were noted, including rude behavior and poor handling of guest requests. Maintenance problems were reported, such as malfunctioning elevators, air conditioning issues, and limited towel availability. Food options inside the hotel are limited, with the restaurant only serving breakfast Thu-Sun and bar food described as middling quality.

Was at the hotel attending an event. Service was great and rooms were comfortable. Only thing to mention would be the destination fee which was charged to my card without my prior knowledge and I did check with them multiple times during check-in that there would be no further charges. I was given some vouchers I presume as part of the destination fee but as I was attending an event, I did not use them and was not even aware I would be charged for them.

A great hotel with a great location highly recommended.

It is a good accommodation to stay but a bit overpriced, which I feel.

The service and attitude were terrible. The hotel charged my credit card 7 times without my consent.

The hotel I booked for Boston Marathon is a little off the beaten track. The hotel itself is pretty good, big and new. There is a Starbucks downstairs. The room is cleaned promptly every day, which is rare in the United States.

Wow! So happy with my stay! Got this resort for a great price in .ᴄᴏᴍ I love this resort and am very glad I stayed at my favorite hotel for much less than what I usually pay. Stayed here on our wedding night and it was AMAZING. Nice clean room. The greeter at the front desk was friendly and congratulated us. Requested a room on the top floor with a city view and got exactly what we asked for. The price was more than reasonable!!!

If you like being in the middle of nowhere this I a good place to go. The only time to go here is either to go to a convention at the convention center or nothing at all. Last year they had the lawn on d which is next door and they had concerts and pickle ball. That was cool but that's not in the winter . The service there sucks a couple people like this bigger guy and there was this lady with glasses they were cool but the rest were snobby and rude. I only know the big guy I good because he actually gave me the time of day when I was talk to him and the lady was polite to direct me to the sitting area because I guess me and my bf were not supposed to sit in the seats in the hall, it was late I guess we were just playing are switches. Yeah but don't go here it wasn't worth our time and money.

Absolutely atrocious staff. I was actively berated by the person manning the parking garage exit on 2.11.24. The machines don't work, escalators/elevators are always out of order, food's far too expensive for such middling quality. This used to be a nice hotel but it's been mismanaged into the ground. I've never, ever been so rudely treated by hospitality staff, nor has my wife. Avoid at all costs, many better places to stay in Boston.

Great hotel with amazing views of Seaport district. The rooms were extremely comfortable with silky bedding and sheets. The swimming pool is nice, but when there are too many people, you can barely swim an inch. The parking garage was convenient and the elevator transported you right to the lobby. Great location for access to shopping, dining, and exploring Boston.

This review is all about the valet staff at the Westin Seaport. They are FANTASTIC! Despite the fact it was a holiday weekend with a convention at the hotel and a boat show right next door, they had everything running smoothly and quickly.
It was easy unloading the car and the gentlemen working were very pleasant. They didn't make me feel rushed or that I was in the way.
I had the same terrific experience at check-out. Despite the fact I had to wrangle two other people and their luggage into the car, the valet staff were patient and pleasant.
Thanks!

Made my drink in a cup not a shaker and was insulted when I asked to shake it. It clearly wasn't measured and tasted awful. My sandwich was also wrong and they continued to argue with me. Terrible experience, ended up walking out. Frequent this hotel but will never go to this Starbucks again.

I called corporate Starbucks. I asked why at this non corporate store they can charge way above the normal drink prices? They had no good answer. From the looks of it, other people don't mind as they all line up to pay the inflated rip off prices! I'll walk to the Starbucks down the street, about 10 mins. and pay what I should. All you'll get are "kids" answering at the 800 phone Starbuck's customer services AND with no situational judgment. And, they're running their company, front line! This is highway robbery. Nearly 7 bucks for a Venti Hot Americano here and with one extra shot (at $1.50!). Normal Starbucks price, $3.80 - 4.05. Never again for me. Why won't people boycott these arrogant corporations? I agree with the other reviews here on this.

I only gave this one star because I had to give one. This location is not worth the trip. I have been all over the world and this country visiting Starbucks on my trips. The prices were inflated and the staff was unfriendly. In addition, the girl made my drink wrong, and challenged me when I asked her to fix it. (She didn't remake it by the way) They gave me no utensils and almost gave me someone's else's food with mine. I could've had room service for the cost. If you are in the Boston area, I would suggest another Starbucks or Duncan Donuts.

Opening hours are wrong. Went to Starbucks at 430pm and it was closed
28.10.2016 Marc
Not a real Starbucks but a franchised or licensed location, so be prepared to be charged double/extra for your items. Venti Americano was over $4.50, when I normally play $3.80ish...
Thanks for the overcharge!
