Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square in New York

Great location for the places we wanted to visit. Staff was friendly. Amenities were just average. Would have thought to be better for the holidays and the high pricing for the stay. Parking rates were ridiculous! Bar was understaffed and far from exceptional with a small list of offerings. Waited over 35 minutes to get a second drink, but walked out as the server was no where in site, busy helping other guests with food.

Could not reccomend this hotel anymore! Close to everything, stunning view of the empire state from our room. The staff couldn’t be any more helpful, always happy with anything we asked them, and told us to have a good day, every morning we went on our travels. Very clean, maid service daily! And even a little bonus when we told them it was out friends 40th birthday we were traveling for gave us 4 free drinks at the bar. When i visit again, this will be the hotel i stop in! Thanks to everyone for making it such a pleasant stay.

Hopefully there is bottle water upon check in. Toothbrush provided that will be the best.

Good location

Good hotel, great living space and location. Perfect to visit so mamy attractions and those are short walk away. Greatly recommend. Breakfast was good and lots of options, staffs friendly and helpful. Gym and self service laundry room available and so convenient. Underground next to hotel straight to wall street and statue of liberty ferry.

The room was quite clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is very convenient. You will be able to reach all the major sights in Manhattan easily on foot or by subway (several stations within a 2 minute walk from the hotel). The room had a kitchen with a large refrigerator and necessary cookware. Accommodation for a longer stay. At our request they brought a hot plate (electric) for cooking in the room. There was a coffee making kit, sugar, creamer, small coffee maker. Unfortunately, there was no kettle. We were not disturbed with room cleaning.
Breakfasts were excellent. You can choose what you like: 2 kinds of porridge, sausages or bacon, omelettes, cutlets, pancakes, waffles, muffins, bagels, granola, fruit (apples, bananas, pineapples, melon), spinach. Of the beverages there were 2 kinds of juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Also milk and cream for coffee, jams, honey, portion butter, maple syrup, chocolate for waffles.

There were three of us but the shower set was for one person, extra bedding was not full. There were no toothbrush cups.
We arrived at the hotel early to inquire about early check in and a view room. We were asked to wait 2 hours before check-in time as the high floor room was not ready. But when we arrived on time, the room was still not ready, we were given a room on the 5th floor.
The light in the room is not very convenient. You can't turn on the light locally in the living area, 3 lights in the kitchen above the table, the general light and in the hallway are burning at the same time.

Hotel staffs are great and helpful. The location is very near the Bryant Park and subway station. Breakfast are also good. Rooms are quite outdated but we are assigned to a room with Empire State building view which is nice.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the refrigerator is cold and frozen, perfect for those who bring breastfed babies and solid food to store food. If I come here again I will stay here again, the size of the twin bed is very large compared to other hotels.
