May who works in the reception is very rude. Probably house keeping stole from my luggages and she refused to check cameras and laughed at me. Wifi not good. Door cards not functioning from time to time. Cockroaches in the first floor room.too little plugs. Tv sometimes not wroking and have to wait until the morning to get it fixed. Elevator is dirty. My advice is pay a little more and get something normal.

Update 2025- from what I understand from my parents, nothing was stolen. They found the missing items way later

It’s a simple hotel, but has good prices, excellent location, and service. Not luxurious but it’s clean and has everything you need, it’s close to multiple touristic places, restaurants for every budget, and even a subway station. The people there made our stay even better, every staff was super nice and helpful

Ok let's be honest and just say that the hotel is very basic and is in real need of a good repairman. Now let's look at the positive....the room was clean, the staff was friendly, the hotel has good security, they do provide basic hygiene needs. If you want to save money and you just want a room to sleep in because you plan on exploring during the day...this is not a bad room. It is in a bit of a run down side of town but never felt unsafe because it is very secure and the police presence is very high to insure safety. It's within a 2 mile walk to ground zero and overall I have no regrets staying here. If however you are someone looking for perfection then be realistic about what you can get at this price and go spend double the money someplace else because these people are so nice and do not deserve some of the drama I've seen on these reviews.

For 2 star hotel I didn’t have much expectation. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised finding travel size toothpaste, shampoo & conditioner in our bathroom. They provide cleaning only by request. Room was cold when we arrived and the heating button was hard to operate due to its state - the top of the button just wasn’t there. Despite these facts, if you are looking for a cheap stay in Manhattan, go for it. Plus, It’s close to the orange subway line which gets you to the most iconic spots.

Great Hotel in a good location in Chinatown. Only five minutes from the subway. The hotel is on the older side but the rooms are ok. Everything is working, sheets are clean and beds are fine. It is not a four seasons though. But for people wanting to visit the city and not only staying at the hotel and don't want to spend a fortune it is a great place. The personnel at the front desk are super nice and accommodating. We felt very welcomed and had a great time.

- There are no perks at this place. $300 for a night in a room with stained sheets, a noisy heater, dirty bathroom with hair all over the floor is just absolutely ridiculous.

Look. I'll be straight and to the point. This is a bed with a private bathroom. Were the sheets and bed spread dazzling white? No. Was the bathroom pristine enough to eat off the floor? No. Did it keep me dry and warm? Yes. Just returned from three nights here. Tore apart the bed on arrival and combed over the whole thing. Couldn't find one trace of a bed bug anywhere. After three nights of sleeping here I didn't have any bites at all. The heater and AC worked. The shower had amazing pressure and super hot water. All in all not a bad room for what it is. Front desk staff were very nice. The location is incredible being right in Chinatown and right beside the subway stop. If you are looking for a great location with just a room to crash in until your next-day adventure I wouldn't turn this place down. It's NYC- you're not spending loads of time in your room anyway. Don't expect a Hilton experience on a Motel 6 budget.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Absolutely filthy then we find out there were bedbugs!! The man behind the desk didn't even seem phased and tried to hassle us about a refund..

It is a cheap hotel. You get what you pay for. Location is great. There rooms are dirty. There were bloodstains on the sheets. I asked them to change the sheets and 10 hours later they didn’t... I should probably ask again. If you need a convenient place to crash and don’t care about quality it will do... maybe pack your own linens.

Pretty low key during the lunch hour but that is good for my colleagues and I when we want a quite place for lunch. Compare to the typical Viet restaurant a few blocks away in Chinatown the menu is limited and a bit overpriced.

With that said, it is still hot comfort food!!

Walked to this place, from out of town, allegedly known for their martinis and Irish coffee. This confusing set of establishments with the same name, in a crappy neighborhood serves neither cocktails nor Irish Coffee! Stay on Mulberry Street!

Chill place to grab drinks with a group of friends. I visited on a Sunday night for a friend's birthday, and our group of 10 sat in some very comfy chairs around a table near the door. Our waitress was very nice and quick to serve us, and their beer selection was adequate. While we sat in the lounge area, the place also has a very long bar with high chairs. This seems to be an ideal place to go if you feel like having a conversation with a group of people.

The bouncer sucked !!! He didn't let me go in because he thought I was drunk? But i was just skipping down the street happy because we got to DL and we got to the door dressed all nicely and what no... No you guys can't go it because y'all drunk? What ?!? Who is he to tell me that I'm drunk when I haven't even had a beer all night ! I assume the place is nice but the bouncer really sucked and a total jerk

The place is awesome, the music is great. The bartenders are nice and fast at making drinks. 3 floors of all type of music and so much fun.

I was not allowed to enter due to the brand of boots I was wearing (timberland). It was below 30 degrees out and getting ready to snow!! My girl and I was visiting from Florida and ready to spend good money at this place!

To top it off I spoke with the “manager” who was very unpleasant and quickly profiled me as low class individual. I’d even go as far as saying a hint of prejudice.

Spend your money elsewhere.

We only went here to party. Did not have any food. There are three levels of music. Of course the top level playing hip hop was the most crowded. Extremely hard to move around. Seems like a pretty upscale place though. The only reason I would not give it anymore stars is because they charge $14 for a premium mixed drink (Jack and Coke for example) in a tiny plastic glass. Really?!? That is insane.
