Riverside Tower Hotel has one of the most underrated locations in Manhattan — steps from the Hudson River, Riverside Park, and surrounded by classic Upper West Side energy. Safe, clean, and surprisingly peaceful for NYC.
The staff is genuinely kind and helpful (which matters a lot in this city). The rooms are simple but comfortable — and if you get a river view, the sunsets hit different.
Perfect for entrepreneurs, travelers, and dreamers who want to wake up inspired in New York City without burning their entire budget.

When we asked to move, they sent a ¿maintenance man? who showed up at midnight wearing mirrored sunglasses. He simply felt the vent said it's working and offered extra blankets instead of a room change. For nearly $250 a night, I expected a room that stays warm and a staff that takes guest comfort seriously. Stay elsewhere in the winter.
I will say that the room was tiny, which I didn’t mind at all, because it’s NYC and I only went to the hotel to sleep at night.

. For the price I was disappointed. Dusty and not so fresh. The staff was nice to help where I needed it, but much improvement could be made. The linens blankets old. The window was stuck. Downstairs also was a bit unrefreshed. The bed was comfortable.
