I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way! The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and modern, equipped with all the essentials. Moving in was incredibly easy, which was a big plus. The location is fantastic—it's just a short walk to the main street and very close to the subway, making it convenient to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely be returning!

Had an awesome time at Seton Residence's Studio Basic room! Loved the private entrance and the comfy queen-size bed. The location is spot-on, close to Grand Central Terminal and all the cool spots. The room had everything I needed – smart TV, mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. Just a heads up, no heavy kitchen stuff, but there's a shared kitchen for that. Overall, a cozy and convenient stay.

We got a great deal (especially for NYC!) to stay for the week of Christmas, and were not disappointed. There were some concerning reviews, raising questions about shared bathrooms, but upon arrival it was just like any other standard hotel: friendly staff at check-in, sufficiently spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, clean linen, etc. in a nice old building. Only difficulty was getting the heating right with just a radiator and no thermostat, but it just so happened that turning the radiator off left the room just cool enough. Some noise (footsteps, babies, showers and the like) does carry from other rooms, but it's very tolerable. Outstanding location for a good price, and everything else as expected. Would definitely recommend it!

Really nice hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff. Hotel is very clean and very well located to many great tourist attractions and within walking distance there is lovely places to eat and bars to have a drink. Will definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel.

The room we had was clean, comfortable, and just enough to stay to sleep and chill out between going out. The staff over all has been friendly and helpful. Only sounds from the floor we were on was just doors closing, but otherwise its been quiet.

Good location, very clean, nice staff and owners. Bathroom on each floor is maintained all day...so always spotless. Lovely art throughout boutique hotel and rooms. Great cable tv and sink in room. Good value.

The facilities were good - the lounge decorated with christmas lights were absolutely gorgeous. The elevator was eccentric but I appreciated the hotel's aesthetics. Gave out complimentary apples which was a plus and the coffee machine was not bad - kinda wished it was a bit more fancy with coffee caps. The room was clean and neat - just don't forget to tip the cleaning lady - we forgot to on the first night so she dumped the trash into the toilet. The hotel is beautiful

This was one of the smallest room I've ever seen in my life. Anyway, the most important for me was the cleanliness, and it was very clean. I did not liked it because it didn't had a washroom/bathroom in the room. But I guess was a good price for location being very close to downtown. It was walking distance for most of the objective. I would definitely stay there again if I will travel to NY.

Amazing staff. I purchased two large 13kg oriental ornaments and the staff were amazing in helping me get a cab and also arranging labelling for my delicate goods. The hotel is a stones throw from grand central, from which you can access everything else. Located next to Lexington Avenue and minutes from 5th Avenue, I would stay here again should I come back to NYC. Thank you.

for such a cheap price, it’s a great deal. the staffs are really nice, the room design is stylish, there is free coffee and tea in the morning and a vending machine and ice. i gave one less star because the walls are a little thin and u can kind of hear people talking but it didn’t bother my stay that much. also the elevator requires u to manually open the door so that was fun and new to me. overall, this was great and you should definitely go here if you are staying for a short while.

I happened to walk by and my eyes caught this place. I went in and the cashier was very friendly. The place has a pretty cool setup. They have these natural gum with amazing flavors like cinnamon & coffee. I loved the sitting area.

I almost spent half of my working lunch there, it has almost everything, weighted cold and hot food, sandwich, salads, soups, and I like Korean noodle the best. Could also sit down and enjoy a break there.

The place is dirty for one. Second, they don't have consistent pricing for breakfast sandwiches. Rude cashiers and guessing game taxes instead of ringing up what you owe, and they're very often wrong. They speak a foreign language in front of the customers. No manager anywhere to be seen. Stay away!!

Close to Grand Central for a reasonably priced breakfast or quick bite. They have a by the pound cold/hot buffet as well.

The waffles, pancakes, and turkey burger were really good. The chicken pot pie was kind of bland. It looked extremely busy but we got a table for 5 fairly quickly after waiting in line to reach the hostess stand. Nice place, sat and watched the snow fall

Luckily we arrived for breakfast just before the mad queue that formed on a Friday before work time. The place was full of suits.

The service was good and the food was tasty. Did I feel it was worth what we paid for? No. But it was next to Grand Central station so I guess these places have a premium in the work district.

I love this place. I have had the pleasure of eating here twice over about 5 years and the breakfast is amazing and the service stellar. The corned beef hash is the best I have ever had hands down. Fast service even when the are packed. Don’t worry about the line.

Great central location to meet up, especially GCT commuters at the end of the work day. Despite being directly across the street from Grand Central Station, the high ceilings seem to help contain noise for a comfortable conversation level noise, and It's never been too crowded - even in the after work 5p-8p timeframe. No complaints on food and service.

Great breakfast place! I tried the egg Benedict with salmon one day and the healthy breakfast another day during our stay in the city. Service is good but the place is a little busy.
