Hot water from tap and shower comes out milky and smells a little weird, bed had a piece of metal sticking out (in the photo) , really easy to kick it while in the dark. I got myself a pretty bad bruise from it so be careful if you get room 408. I wouldve called front desk about these issues but the phone in the room didnt work either.
On the plus side, staff are pretty nice. Fridges are also available on request.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was quick and easy to check in. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had everything I needed for getting ready and showering. The hotel also has good restaurants in it. Highkey has a lovely brunch and good drinks. The staff here are kind and helpful. The location is fantastic. It's a short walk from the subway, and there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, some of which are very affordable.

Great location, Service was exceptional especially from all the staff at the receptions. Free waters, ice machine and minute walk away from Fulton st metro which is main metro stops for majority of the metro line including JFK lines. Walking distance to WTC, Brooklyn bridge and Chinatown

The hotel is located right in the middle of high rises in the financial district. While vicinity to metro, pier, restaurants etc is very pleasant, it's also super confusing to get to and feels a bit claustrophobic.
The room was nice as such, a lot smaller than the previous hotel I stayed in in NYC (no seating option except the desk chair here). Housekeeping seems a bit unorganized; I stayed two nights and on the day I spent in NYC completely and left the hotel around 10am for sightseeing, returning around 5pm, no room service had been done at all. On the next day, when I was due to check out, housekeeping knocked on my door at around 9am when I was still in the shower.
For a decent price I would consider staying again but with other alternatives available would likely choose something else.

The location is very nice; safty and not far away to get access to the tourist spots. Staff are helpful ; however, there are some limitation for elevator useage -- only 2 may not enough even in the rush hours and in general use for both house keepers and the guests. Some guests miss over 5 times of waiting; specially for the house keepers with the cart. The room space is quite small but clean enough to stay. The drinking water machine on the ground floor never work so the hotel provide bottle watter on request.

Service by front desk was great. Great location.
There were three negative points:
1) Murky tap water (disgusting look)
2) Empty body wash bottle (room service should do a proper job)
3) Bugs in bathroom (extremely disgusting)

Love it! They have been so accommodating to our baby and stroller every time we've gone. No high chairs but they are happy to let us park the stroller next to a hightop by the bar. The food is great and the beer selection is quite good too!

The chicken and avocado quesadilla was truly very good. Fresh and hot. If it were cheaper I would go all the time. But all the food is pretty much overpriced; my quesadilla was $17 I believe. But what can you expect in the fidi? If you are a college student like me, this is a good place to have your family and friends take you when they are in town but not a winner for the day-to-day. As for the vibe, it has a pretty average pub feel to it. The service was adequate but not what I might hope for the price.

Stopped by for lunch with a co-worker. The food was really good, as was the service from the employees. The only problem I saw was the lack of seating. Very small and cramped, lack of space between tables and chairs made for an uncomfortable experience. This location is great for takeout, but not dine in.

This is my last Chipotle visit. Been eating their food for years, usually order the same thing...chicken burrito bowl. It used to be $8 and change then suddenly today it was $12? Same food, same quality, same portion. No thanks, not for fast food.

Overpriced for the food you get. The staff is very friendly and the service overall was excellent. The food is ok, just not that great to be priced at this level. The place is a bit too packed for my taste there was like 6" on each side between our table and the next. With these prices they don't need to squeeze that extra table in

Have eaten at this location a couple of times. Service is very good, and the ambiance is nice (not too loud, well lit, etc). Most recently had the burger au cheval (with a fried egg and melted Swiss) which was excellent. Fries are always great here. A very nice spot for business or just any time you need a nice meal! Price is not cheap but decent value for Manhattan.
