Great location! We appreciated the friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Complimentary tea, coffee and pastries in the morning was a nice perk. Very clean and comfortable room.

Used Trivago and Trip.com to get the best pricing. The hotel is located right off of the park near 6th Ave and is perfect for walking around the village/ restaurants. The hotel itself was very clean yet had an unusual layout with twists and turns inside. The room was clean and adequate yet on the small side. It's a little noisey from the hallway but not terribly. The breakfast was good. Hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels and a good assortment of baked goods. Friendly staff. Would recommend .

Not the WSH that I have stayed in so many times before.  The doorman stood and watched me struggle with the doors when I arrived; and never offered to help me up the stairs with my luggage.  Upon checking in I inquired about the restaurant and lounge hours.  There was nothing in the WSH web page to indicate they were closed for remodeling.  When I made that comment one of the desk clerks said, “If you knew you might not have come”.  Correct; but I would have come back in the future.  Now I will never return, especially since the room I was given had a window with a view of a fallen steel I-beam and a brick wall.  Not to mention it was at the end of a hallway where the door to the stairwell slammed loudly enough to shake the room all day long while staff were constantly using it.  A very ugly way to treat a loyal customer.  When I was informed that the hotel is under new management my only thought was “obviously”.  The transition has not been for the better.  At almost $450.00 per night you could do much, much better.

A decent little restaurant with a simple environment, clean and tidy, friendly staff at the counter, but the price is a bit high

Great location, just a few minutes from the airport, and close to the subway, and one stop to Yankees Stadium!

Excellent location near NYU where my daughter was graduating. The front desk staff was very courteous, professional and accomodating of special requests.
The room was typical New York size for the price point but comfortable and clean. The amenities look good but we didn't utilize any of them so I can't comment.
The room had bathrobes and slippers which were nice but more importantly, an umbrella which was very useful as it was raining and I neglected to pack one.
Check out was a breeze so what more can anyone ask? Highly recommend.

Next to Washington Square, close to the subway station and New York University, convenient for travel. The hotel is a bit old, the elevator and room are small, but it is clean and tidy, and the overall cost performance is satisfactory.

A go-to for tapas downtown. Nice selection of Spanish wines and ciders, plus specials made with local produce--we tried an heirloom tomato salad topped with shaved ricotta and purple basil. Service was excellent despite a mixup over our final dish; the waitress comped us a round of drinks for the confusion.

Had a big group come. They insisted we do the chef’s menu where they select. Told them we had a mushroom allergy. They brought out a mushroom appetizer and a mushroom paella.

Spent a grand for a dinner I couldn’t eat.

Wine list was good. That’s why they get two stars.

The menu of this Spanish restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes served by helpful and knowledgeable staff. All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of stylish food. The chefs take great care in selecting quality ingredients. both indoor and outdoor seating is available.

Had dinner here the other night and food was good, but a little skimp and pricey. We had the Jamon Iberico, the pork belly, anchovies, duck breast, grilled octopus and finished off with the small paella. It was great for them to be able to accommodate a party of three by providing an additional serving (at an additional cost) so we didn't have to try and split two pieces in three portions. Others in my party thought the pork belly could stand out more in that dish. Great selection of wine and house wines that came in more than one variety and either in glasses, carafes, or full bottles.

The food was delicious (especially the seafood dishes and the paella), and the staff and atmosphere were fantastic. One thing I really liked was that the staff were very keen to ask about any food allergies, which was refreshing to me as someone with a shellfish allergy.

It's pricey, but I would definitely recommend the chef's tasting menu. Good wine, too.

Cute spot for brunch in a bright and airy setting. The food is fresh and simple but really flavoursome. There’s even a separate kids menu and children seemed welcome.
There were plenty of staff too, all of whom were attentive and friendly.

I've been wanting to try Rosemary's for so long and I'm so glad I finally did.
The space is gorgeous! Airy & beautifully lit, this place is decor goals.
The staff are patient, friendly, and know how to do their jobs well!
The food however did not wow me. Everything was good but nothing stood out as great food.
I would go back here just to sit in their open garden and probably get just coffee.

This place is amazing! The food is fantastic and the service is great... Perfect place to stop for lunch in a busy day, to go in a date, for a romantic night, for brunch with the family. Did I told you guys about the food? Was amazing

This spot was on my list of "starred" places for a while, and I'm so glad we finally got to go there while visiting NYC. The space is airy and beautiful and makes you feel at home. We went there on a weekday lunch and got a lunch menu for $28 ($35 with wine) which includes salad + entre + desert. All dishes were delicious, flavorful, made with natural ingredients, and portions were bigger than expected. It definitely deserves to be in the list of my favorite NY restaurants.

Best pizza in the area! More expensive, but if you are buying a fresh pie it is definitely worth it. I buy for events and they were very responsive and helpful in setting up the tax exemption for our order. They delivered on time and were friendly.
14.12.2017 David
Perfect for a quick slice during lunch (or maybe 2 if you're really hungry). Slices are pretty much the size of 2 reg slices. Their artichoke slice is very thick on the sauce so it's very filling. Not much of a selection, but the selections they do put out, is made very well. Would recommend going for the crab meat or margarita as an alternative from the artichoke.
11.12.2017 Rahul
Amazing pizza. Probably the best slice I've had in the area. If you have time, wait around for a fresh pie to come out of the oven. Given their turnover rate, you won't have to wait long. The taste of the piping hot pie of molten cheese and a few thousand calories should satisfy the most intent of pizza nerds.

The reason for the 1 star review is the atrociously rude and arrogant bouncer who patrols the gate during weekend evenings. He shoved a female friend in my group away from the entrance, and then refused to apologize. Short of putting 24 carat gold on their pizzas, nothing warrants this sort of behavior to secure a pizza place. The staff is generally friendly but such exceptions ruin the entire experience. A little courtesy goes a long way.

tl;dr ... Great pizza, horrible service.
26.11.2017 Shaun
The original and the one that single handed Lu changed my mind about white pies! Hands down one of the best in the city! Known for their artery clogging artichoke slice with Parmesan cream, a major standout is the vodka Sicilian slice. If you have been order both and something to take the rest home! Locations brought it NYC and BK!
22.11.2017 Alejandro
Who knew that such a strange vegetable can be turned into one my favorite pizza toppings. If you’re out there having drinks and feeling good you need to go there and get an artichoke pizza to make it even better. The crust is beautiful crunchy and thin. What makes the pizza so thick is actually the large layer of artichoke and sauce on top of it. The sauce is so delicious and creamy. Honestly all you need is one slice because it is very heavy. Can’t wait to pay this place a visit again :)
