Outstanding hotel in center city! I love staying here. When you take the train into Jefferson Station, you don't even have to go outside to get to the hotel. Staff is gracious and service is prompt

Downtown Center neighborhood and across the street (7-Eleven entrance) camped by homeless people begging for change

Room was nice and neat. Very spacious. Location was great. The only downside is that they don’t have free WiFi, which is kinda disappointing in this generation.

Next to Reading Terminal Market

The hotel's right in the middle of everything, which is great. The rooms are modern, which is good. Unfortunately, the 4,000 person conference here this weekend is clogging the elevators and on site restaurant

Convention center, reading terminal market, fashion district, market and broad subway lines, theater district, center city restaurants and shopping all within walking distance! Will definitely want to stay here again for my next Philly visit!

I can not say enough about the staff at the Philadelphia Loews Hotel. They are always accommodating and they make you feel welcome from check in to check out. Rooms and Hotel are very clean

Perfect if you are attending any event at the convention center

The elevators are a bit confusing at first, but definitely check out the top floor because this hotel has the best view of Philadelphia you can get!

Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day

Excellent stay at the Double Tree Hotel. Just stayed for one night and paid a little more to have a room on the 23rd floor. Had a beautiful view of City Hall. Parking was self park and $38 in the garage next door

She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room

You can climb to the top to visit. The hotel lobby is very grand, with a marble dome-shaped roof and transparent glass in the middle that can see the sky. The service is warm and polite

Stayed here while in the city for courses. Wanted to stay somewhere comfortable, clean and safe. The hotel was fantastic and located very conveniently for us

The hotel is located close to the City Hall, in the downtown center of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia City Hall is a landmark building in American history. Its clock tower is taller than the Big Ben in the UK

We already checked out, but we are not leaving until late afternoon, I asked them for a room for a short stay because my son has audition in the afternoon, they gave us a very nice room to stay and practice, which is really helpful

The front desk staff Robert and house keeping staffs are incredibly nice and friendly. They solved many problems during my stay, but unfortunately this hotel is old

Door lock in the main entrance is broken.There is hair in the bathroom. No body wash, just soap. Anyway, the room is still confort to stay. With a gym room and free coffee all the time.

This is easily my favorite hotel in the city. Whenever my parents or my grandmother comes to town, they always stay here and leave very well-rested. Apparently the breakfast is quite delicious as well

The only major downside was an unexpected fire alarm at 4am, which was quite disruptive. Overall, a solid option if location and value are your top priorities

Just a few blocks down are other attractions including the Museum of the American Revolution (newly opened in 2017). A perfect getaway for our family!

Excellent location....literally steps away from Independence Hall.  The room was clean and and staff was very friendly.

Location is in the heart of historic Philly. You can walk almost all the “sites to see”. The staff at check in were friendly and knowledgeable. Coffee and water available at main area. Very clean and the decor is so fun

Hotel served coffee and tea in the lounge area and also at a different hour hot apple cider and wine, all on the house. The red owl restaurant location on the first floor served a limited menu of very good food

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Great location !!! we enjoyed the coffee that they had in the morning and the social hour, which was a nice touch. Such a cozy holiday vacation with my husband.

Those that are farther, no problem, the metro is very near and well the rest is being able to fit time in order to do all the activities that you want

Newly renovated hotel in old city. Decor isn't to my liking, unfortunately. Hotel staff are REALLY friendly and helpful, always greet me with a smile. I'm only here for work but there's some good people working here!

Environment: The environment is first-class, very close to Penn State and the city center, with convenient transportation and good scenery. Service: Good service attitude, polite greetings, and not excessively intrusive

I can’t say enough good things about the team at AKA University Hotel. I had to make a last-minute cancellation due to an unexpected emergency, and Nekayah was absolutely lovely—so kind, understanding, and accommodating

The pool area is absolutely gorgeous though not heated, which was a little bit of a disappointment but did not put a damper on the experience at all. plenty of areas to lounge around in or for an event

Prime location which very convenient to all the tourist spots within walking distance. One thing that wasnt good is that i was charged USD $8x after checked out for some service fee

Right opposite Reading Terminal Market. Train station across the road too, How more central can you get. Food right across the road everything is so convenient we walked everywhere in Philadelphia.

Wasnt told by the staff AT ALL during check in. They only informed that there will be a deposit of $150 but NEVER mention of any other charges
