The hotel's right in the middle of everything, which is great. The rooms are modern, which is good. Unfortunately, the 4,000 person conference here this weekend is clogging the elevators and on site restaurant

Had to stand in 30 min line to get room keys after I was already checked-in earlier after standing in a similar line. Housekeeping couldn't keep up with cleaning as they clearly need more workers

Great location. Acceptable service levels. Amenities can be better.

It's probably not always like this, but the chaotic environment and long waits have been kinda frustrating. If you don't need all the services, the Residence Inn and Courtyard are around the corner

Facilities provide only-option Valet Parking for nearly $59 per 24hrs plus Philadelphia parking tax +22. 5%, Self-park multi-story parking garage across the street is same price though

Walking distance to many places you will want to visit in Philadelphia. The rooms are very nice and clean. The bathrooms and showers are very clean and updated. The front desk was very nice and accommodating

The location was perfect- right near many restaurants, shopping areas, and bars. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very helpful. The gym, wet sauna, and dry sauna are included with your stay

Great hotel in building with character. Room was spotless and remodeled relatively recently. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beds are very comfortable if you like firm mattresses

The wifi signal was strong and I did not have any issues with it. The bed was extremely comfy and the view from the 24th floor was gorgeous. The hotel bar was convenient as well

Great location a couple of blocks near city hall and the historical sights. Beautiful clean rooms. So close to reading market where we ate breakfast every day.

One good thing is that extension of my checkout time to 4pm only required me to pay an extra small amount of money which I fully appreciated that

Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day

Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake

Excellent stay at the Double Tree Hotel. Just stayed for one night and paid a little more to have a room on the 23rd floor. Had a beautiful view of City Hall. Parking was self park and $38 in the garage next door

She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room

You can climb to the top to visit. The hotel lobby is very grand, with a marble dome-shaped roof and transparent glass in the middle that can see the sky. The service is warm and polite

We will definitely be returning and hope to see Michael again soon. Highly recommend this hotel and it's location is great for exploring a charming area of Philadelphia

The hotel is located close to the City Hall, in the downtown center of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia City Hall is a landmark building in American history. Its clock tower is taller than the Big Ben in the UK

My stay on the 30th floor was a highlight, offering panoramic views that left me breathless. The sight of the bustling city below, with its iconic skyline, was a constant reminder of how vibrant Philadelphia is

There is free transfer from the airport, but it's very inconvenient to order it unless you have an American sim card (you can order it only by calling the hotel, not possible to do it advance just when you got your luggage) No free parking at the premises

Having to pay for parking at a hotel is not very convenient. I understand that it is close to the airport, but just ask for the make model and license plate at check in

Great hotel, with shuttle to airport every 30'. Excellent service, my flight got cancelled last minute at 5am and they allowed me to come back to the hotel and use the room until checkout time

I parked in the turnaround to check in with plenty of room for cars to get by, in fact several pickups and cars were able to drive around me while I was checking in

Concierge was very helpful, offering advise for our stay duration and discounted admission to several attractions. Red Owl Tavern, connected to the hotel, offers a casual dining experience with good food and service

Excellent location....literally steps away from Independence Hall.  The room was clean and and staff was very friendly.

This location was impeccable! We had a wonderful stay…this was also our early anniversary present for ourselves, and Kimpton spoiled us with a custom framed photo with our love song printed inside, yummy treats, and a complimentary bottle of wine! Hotel served coffee and tea in the lounge area and also at a different hour hot apple cider and wine, all on the house. The red owl restaurant location on the first floor served a limited menu of very good food

Great location in the centre of old town. Huge art deco room, with tremendous character. Loved the bath and shower configuration, very modern. Comfortable bed with luxury pillows

I got in earlier than I expected and several hours before check-in. It was very cold out and I was tired from the flight. The front desk checked me in early and invited me to breakfast with hot coffee

Newly renovated hotel in old city. Decor isn't to my liking, unfortunately. Hotel staff are REALLY friendly and helpful, always greet me with a smile. I'm only here for work but there's some good people working here!

The room was clean and situated in a convenient location. A lot of the historical sites are walking distance

Those that are farther, no problem, the metro is very near and well the rest is being able to fit time in order to do all the activities that you want

Rooms were clean, buttons on elevators would go in and out. Pool is closed indefinitely! have to pay a fee for wifi even if you use the “free” wifi. staff was welcoming though just the ownership is very poor

The pool area is absolutely gorgeous though not heated, which was a little bit of a disappointment but did not put a damper on the experience at all. plenty of areas to lounge around in or for an event

The night view is charming! Great location! If we forgot to bring our suitcase, we were reminded to go back and get it! I will choose to stay here next time! My family is all satisfied. The parking lot is very crowded

Right opposite Reading Terminal Market. Train station across the road too, How more central can you get. Food right across the road everything is so convenient we walked everywhere in Philadelphia.

Wasnt told by the staff AT ALL during check in. They only informed that there will be a deposit of $150 but NEVER mention of any other charges

The hotel includes a very simple American breakfast with very few foods. If you want to buy something or go out for food, you must drive out. Philadelphia doesn't seem to be very safe, but it's okay

The outdoor temperature was 32 degrees, and there was no heat in my room while I was caring for my 6-month-old baby. Although the engineer eventually arrived and was very apologetic, the situation posed a serious concern

The one big thing i don't like about this hotel is the lack of proper parking. Its either on the street or a overpriced lot down the hill. Other than that, I'll come back
