The hotel's right in the middle of everything, which is great. The rooms are modern, which is good. Unfortunately, the 4,000 person conference here this weekend is clogging the elevators and on site restaurant

Had to stand in 30 min line to get room keys after I was already checked-in earlier after standing in a similar line. Housekeeping couldn't keep up with cleaning as they clearly need more workers

Great location. Acceptable service levels. Amenities can be better.

It's probably not always like this, but the chaotic environment and long waits have been kinda frustrating. If you don't need all the services, the Residence Inn and Courtyard are around the corner

Facilities provide only-option Valet Parking for nearly $59 per 24hrs plus Philadelphia parking tax +22. 5%, Self-park multi-story parking garage across the street is same price though

Convention center, reading terminal market, fashion district, market and broad subway lines, theater district, center city restaurants and shopping all within walking distance! Will definitely want to stay here again for my next Philly visit!

I can not say enough about the staff at the Philadelphia Loews Hotel. They are always accommodating and they make you feel welcome from check in to check out. Rooms and Hotel are very clean

Needed a walk-in shower for elderly relative, restaurant inside the hotel, valet hotel parking and close location to Thomas Jefferson Hospital

The rooms were extremely clean with comfortable beds. The service was excellent, every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful

Roxanne at reception went out of her way to honor a request and make sure I had the best stay possible. And the location really can't be beat

However, the food was delicious as I enjoyed my brussel sprout salad most of all. Breakfast was more of a normal standard menu with some unique items, above average. All restaurant staff were wonderful and pleasant

Good service, terrific location, and reasonable breakfast. Love here! I will revisit here next time. However, I chose this hotel for swimming pool, and the pool was too small and shallow, and water was cold

Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day

They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to

Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake

Excellent stay at the Double Tree Hotel. Just stayed for one night and paid a little more to have a room on the 23rd floor. Had a beautiful view of City Hall. Parking was self park and $38 in the garage next door

She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room

You can climb to the top to visit. The hotel lobby is very grand, with a marble dome-shaped roof and transparent glass in the middle that can see the sky. The service is warm and polite

We will definitely be returning and hope to see Michael again soon. Highly recommend this hotel and it's location is great for exploring a charming area of Philadelphia

The hotel is located close to the City Hall, in the downtown center of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia City Hall is a landmark building in American history. Its clock tower is taller than the Big Ben in the UK

My stay on the 30th floor was a highlight, offering panoramic views that left me breathless. The sight of the bustling city below, with its iconic skyline, was a constant reminder of how vibrant Philadelphia is

Don't hesitate! It is very nice. The pantry option is well worth the 24 hour convenience store free options of drinks, great coffee machine, cereal and milk, sodas chips, chewy bars and ice creams

Having to pay for parking at a hotel is not very convenient. I understand that it is close to the airport, but just ask for the make model and license plate at check in

Great hotel, with shuttle to airport every 30'. Excellent service, my flight got cancelled last minute at 5am and they allowed me to come back to the hotel and use the room until checkout time

I parked in the turnaround to check in with plenty of room for cars to get by, in fact several pickups and cars were able to drive around me while I was checking in

Concierge was very helpful, offering advise for our stay duration and discounted admission to several attractions. Red Owl Tavern, connected to the hotel, offers a casual dining experience with good food and service

Excellent location....literally steps away from Independence Hall.  The room was clean and and staff was very friendly.

Love the extra amenities like the lavender towelettes. Quiet room despite being next to a busy area

This location was impeccable! We had a wonderful stay…this was also our early anniversary present for ourselves, and Kimpton spoiled us with a custom framed photo with our love song printed inside, yummy treats, and a complimentary bottle of wine! Hotel served coffee and tea in the lounge area and also at a different hour hot apple cider and wine, all on the house. The red owl restaurant location on the first floor served a limited menu of very good food

Great location in the centre of old town. Huge art deco room, with tremendous character. Loved the bath and shower configuration, very modern. Comfortable bed with luxury pillows

I got in earlier than I expected and several hours before check-in. It was very cold out and I was tired from the flight. The front desk checked me in early and invited me to breakfast with hot coffee

All the chain restaurants are there as well as some great local Philly eateries

Those that are farther, no problem, the metro is very near and well the rest is being able to fit time in order to do all the activities that you want

Room was large and had good amenities. It was also in a fabulous location and walkable to all the places I wanted to go.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The pool was warm and big enough for my two boys (9&11) to swim. There was no hot tub/sauna which was a downfall for me

I can’t say enough good things about the team at AKA University Hotel. I had to make a last-minute cancellation due to an unexpected emergency, and Nekayah was absolutely lovely—so kind, understanding, and accommodating

The pool area is absolutely gorgeous though not heated, which was a little bit of a disappointment but did not put a damper on the experience at all. plenty of areas to lounge around in or for an event

The room is quite nice, the space is large, very comfortable, and the surrounding area is safe. The tableware and pots are fully equipped, and the service is good, but it lacks necessary toiletries.

The night view is charming! Great location! If we forgot to bring our suitcase, we were reminded to go back and get it! I will choose to stay here next time! My family is all satisfied. The parking lot is very crowded

Good amenities for the price and easy to get around. Lots of food options nearby as well as shopping. It's literally your second home with a full kitchen inside. Great overall stay can't say anything bad! 5 stars

Prime location which very convenient to all the tourist spots within walking distance. One thing that wasnt good is that i was charged USD $8x after checked out for some service fee

Right opposite Reading Terminal Market. Train station across the road too, How more central can you get. Food right across the road everything is so convenient we walked everywhere in Philadelphia.

Wasnt told by the staff AT ALL during check in. They only informed that there will be a deposit of $150 but NEVER mention of any other charges

I was asked about the room and I brought up the few things that should be looked at and she wanted to take care of it now. I told her it wasn't no need to hirry. They could do it after my stay

It wasn't great, there were some issues but over all I enjoyed my stay. I wanted to point out the young man who worked the front desk, Musa. He was great to speak with and very helpful

When I checked in on Sunday there was a wait for rooms due to housekeeping and some guest were angry. Musa was extremely professional in handling the situation considering what he was dealing with

But the warmth and kindness of the staff here has really been so amazing. They took their time to recognize and remember us. They are always so kind every time I see them and have warm welcomes every time

Also so HELPFUL any time I needed anything. If I ever needed to stay somewhere I would hope it would be here with this staff. I want to shout them all out and I apologize if I am missing anyone
