Excellent location with great facilities and service, highly recommended!
Room was nice and neat. Very spacious. Location was great. The only downside is that they don’t have free WiFi, which is kinda disappointing in this generation.
Not impressed, should have 3 stars at most. Terrible front desk check-in service, severely understaffed, painfully long wait times. Waited until 6pm (official check-in time is 4pm) to get a phone call about a booked room becoming available. Had to stand in 30 min line to get room keys after I was already checked-in earlier after standing in a similar line. Housekeeping couldn't keep up with cleaning...
Great location. Acceptable service levels. Amenities can be better.
Next to Reading Terminal Market
The hotel's right in the middle of everything, which is great. The rooms are modern, which is good. Unfortunately, the 4,000 person conference here this weekend is clogging the elevators and on site restaurant.
There's been 10-15 min waits for the elevator on the 13th Street side. There was a 15-20 wait to be seated for the buffet brunch at 13.
It's probably not always like this, but the chaotic...

Great stay at the Lowes hotel. The rooms were extremely clean with comfortable beds. The service was excellent, every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Roxanne at reception went out of her way to honor a request and make sure I had the best stay possible. And the location really can't be beat. Convention center, reading terminal market, fashion district, market and broad subway lines...
I can not say enough about the staff at the Philadelphia Loews Hotel. They are always accommodating and they make you feel welcome from check in to check out. Rooms and Hotel are very clean. Beds are comfortable. Perfect if you are attending any event at the convention center
We stayed here for two nights over Christmas and overall had a very pleasant experience. We were upgraded to a corner room with windows on two sides, which is surprisingly rare in city hotels. Even the bathroom had a window, which we loved. The view wasn’t perfect, but already very nice.
The location is fantastic — easy to walk almost everywhere in Center City.
Service was friendly, and breakfast...
The room is modern but a bit small. It is difficult to compare American hotels with Asian hotels where amenities like shaving and toothbrushing needs are also met. No re-usable paper slippers are available in the room as well, not to mention free bottled water. The price is not highly competitive though. One good thing is that extension of my checkout time to 4pm only required me to pay an extra small...
Great Hotel right in downtown. Walking distance to many places you will want to visit in Philadelphia.
The rooms are very nice and clean. The bathrooms and showers are very clean and updated.
The front desk was very nice and accommodating.
2 blocks from Redding Market Place.
About 5 blocks from Convention center.
Many other great places and sites nearby.
Excellent hotel. The location was perfect- right near many restaurants, shopping areas, and bars. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very helpful. The gym, wet sauna, and dry sauna are included with your stay. The wifi signal was strong and I did not have any issues with it. The bed was extremely comfy and the view from the 24th floor was gorgeous. The hotel bar was convenient as well...

Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day.
The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn...

Good location for visiting most attractions. Clean, comfortable rooms. Onsite marketplace is handy for basic breakfast and snacks.
Great location, close to everything. Reasonable price for parking. Nice stay for us.

I really enjoyed the hotel. I thought the mix between historical and modern is really well done. I
The hotel is located close to the City Hall, in the downtown center of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia City Hall is a landmark building in American history. Its clock tower is taller than the Big Ben in the UK. You can climb to the top to visit. The hotel lobby is very grand, with a marble dome-shaped roof and transparent glass in the middle that can see the sky. The service is warm and polite. Recommended
Adequate service, stunning view, outrageous geographical location.

The room had no heat and the sink kept stopping up and I didn’t get compensation
Good value for the money but no hot water in the bathroom
Having to pay for parking at a hotel is not very convenient. I understand that it is close to the airport, but just ask for the make model and license plate at check in. Then tow the violators. I parked in the turnaround to check in with plenty of room for cars to get by, in fact several pickups and cars were able to drive around me while I was checking in. The shuttle car driver asked, “who’s the...

Great hotel, with shuttle to airport every 30'. Excellent service, my flight got cancelled last minute at 5am and they allowed me to come back to the hotel and use the room until checkout time. I really appreciated their great customer service!
Great shuttle service, clean hotel and quick check-in. Would come back. great beds.

Great! If I will travel in Philadelphia next time, I will choose this hotel again.
The evening receptionist was terrible. We registered two people when we made the reservation, and the room only had one free bottle of water. We asked for another, but the receptionist said they don't offer free water! We asked her about the bottle of water in the room, and she said it might have been left by another guest or the waiter! Don't they clean up after other guests? The next day, we ran...
There was no microwave in the room, no phone charger outlets and parking garage was in a creepy alley
The best person in the hotel is the lady who cleans the room. The African American at the front desk has a terrible attitude. She is ****** and laughs at customers. The hotel deducts money for no reason and steals the customer's credit card and refuses to admit it. It's a very bad experience.
The front desk staff Robert and house keeping staffs are incredibly nice and friendly. They solved many problems during my stay, but unfortunately this hotel is old
Everyone is friendly and helpful good location they take good care of your vehicle at the valay parking

Love the hotel , clean and close to everything. The people at the counter are so nice and helpful I will definitely come back again
Wonderful location, within walking distance from all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are also decent, pretty good price for what you get.
Great location, close to shops and restaurants. The room was a bit small but very clean. There's free water and coffee in the lobby. It's a shame the hotel doesn't offer breakfast. Good for short trips and business travelers.
Room was clean and comfortable. Wished a refrigerator was standard for the price but overall was pleased.
Late check in, we got there at 3 but we wait an hour for our room. Staff not in a good attitude.
The hotel is excellently located for exploring downtown Philly—just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and public transit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-priced, with all the essentials I needed for a short stay. While the space—especially the bathroom—was on the smaller side, it was functional. The only major downside was an unexpected fire alarm at 4am, which was quite disruptive...

Excellent location....literally steps away from Independence Hall. The room was clean and and staff was very friendly.
We had a lovely time at this hotel. Great location !!! we enjoyed the coffee that they had in the morning and the social hour, which was a nice touch. Such a cozy holiday vacation with my husband.
Why is housekeeping knocking on my door at 8:30 am AND 9:30 am on NEW YEAR'S DAY, probably the only holiday where everyone, around the world, without fail, is staying up late and wants to sleep in the next day. Checkout is at NOON, so it's unforgivable that I'm being awakened suddenly by loud knocking when I wanted to sleep in. FIX THIS.
Loved this place! Quirky, unique and very comfortable. Get the spa room with the wet room in it. Super fun!
Lovely stay. Great location in the centre of old town. Huge art deco room, with tremendous character. Loved the bath and shower configuration, very modern. Comfortable bed with luxury pillows. Hotel served coffee and tea in the lounge area and also at a different hour hot apple cider and wine, all on the house. The red owl restaurant location on the first floor served a limited menu of very good...
Courteous staff, clean rooms, amazing decor and nice amenities. Location was perfect for us.

The room is large, parking is free, and it is convenient to buy food around
It's very convenient to take a taxi
The hotel is in a good location, with many restaurants and a Walmart around. Free parking.
The room is OK, there is no electric kettle and slippers. But the facilities are old, it should be an old hotel.
The overall feeling is good
Very satisfied! Quiet environment, clean and sanitary
Facilities: Very user-friendly
Hygiene: clean and tidy
It's a pretty good experience. The location, facilities, services, etc. are all pretty good.

I enjoyed doing a massage event here. If you would like my services. Contact me on Instagram and Facebook at Komal Haath Massage Works. Great host and hope to do more events there soon.
I can’t say enough good things about the team at AKA University Hotel. I had to make a last-minute cancellation due to an unexpected emergency, and Nekayah was absolutely lovely—so kind, understanding, and accommodating. Rick was equally gracious and made the entire process seamless during what was a stressful moment.
I was truly looking forward to staying here, and the level of care and service I...
The room is quite nice, the space is large, very comfortable, and the surrounding area is safe. The tableware and pots are fully equipped, and the service is good, but it lacks necessary toiletries.
The night view is charming! Great location! If we forgot to bring our suitcase, we were reminded to go back and get it! I will choose to stay here next time! My family is all satisfied. The parking lot is very crowded. Fortunately, a car came out.
This hotel is great. It is spacious, comfortable, and the decoration is very sophisticated and has a sense of design. Recommended.
Facilities: Complete facilities, very new
Hygiene: It is clean and tidy. American waiters will not take the initiative to clean the room and disturb your rest.
Environment: The environment is first-class, very close to Penn State and the city center, with convenient transportation and good scenery.
Service: Good service attitude, polite greetings, and not excessively intrusive

The room was clean and situated in a convenient location. A lot of the historical sites are walking distance. Those that are farther, no problem, the metro is very near and well the rest is being able to fit time in order to do all the activities that you want.
Fantastic as usual. Good location and good staff
Staff was great. Elevators were down when we arrived but front desk agent took us up with our luggage in the service elevator. Discovered that evening that our sink in the bathroom did now work but someone fixed it first thing in the morning. Rooms are very big but need some upgrading. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but were tolerable. We had a nice view from our room of the city and waterfront...
Room was large and had good amenities. It was also in a fabulous location and walkable to all the places I wanted to go.
Great staff and service. Simone was playing very load music until 2am which is not the hotels fault but it was unusual.
Joe at the front desk was amazing for our check in, we had a terrible experience at an air bnb and needed a room ASAP with early check in and he got us in with no questions asked. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the entire stay was over the top. 10/10 cannot recommend enough.

I was so happy and everything was so comfortable. I was there for work but I loved it so much I can’t wait to find time to come back just for a relaxing retreat.
Parking was easy. Great location. Staff were very helpful.
Breakfast was fine.
We like this hotel very much. It has a lot of character and a nice neighborhood feel about it. It’s quiet and the beds are very comfortable.
Parking easy. Breakfast was not conooar to the price and expectation
Beautiful hotel in a great area- walk to restaurants, coffee, shops. Friendly staff and good amenities. Free self-parking
The Chestnut Inn is a historic hotel in an interesting area with quirky shops to explore, great architecture and a variety of restaurants in easy walking distance. We stayed in the Carriage House section of the hotel, which is a different building from the main part of the hotel. Our room had a gas-lit fireplace across from the bed, an enormous television, a clawfoot tub and a shower. The closet...

Prime location which very convenient to all the tourist spots within walking distance.
One thing that wasnt good is that i was charged USD $8x after checked out for some service fee.
Wasnt told by the staff AT ALL during check in. They only informed that there will be a deposit of $150 but NEVER mention of any other charges
veẻy nice location and opposite to terminal market
The location is very central, right across from Reading Terminal Market and Chinatown. Walking at night felt safe and was not a problem. Parking can be a bit tricky to find nearby—the closest option costs about $80 per night, while a slightly farther multi-level garage is more affordable at around $50–60 per night.
Right opposite Reading Terminal Market. Train station across the road too, How more central can you get. Food right across the road everything is so convenient we walked everywhere in Philadelphia.
The hotel is right across from Reading Terminal Market, which is convenient for buses, the market, and Chinatown, but there seem to be a lot of homeless people around. There's no hotel parking; you have to use the garage next door, which costs $65 for an overnight stay. Loading and unloading luggage is also a hassle as you can only stop temporarily on the street. The room has a fridge, microwave, and...
It was awesome, location was perfect just right in from of the Reading Market. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a pretty good stay. It wasn't great, there were some issues but over all I enjoyed my stay. I wanted to point out the young man who worked the front desk, Musa.
He was great to speak with and very helpful. When I checked in on Sunday there was a wait for rooms due to housekeeping and some guest were angry. Musa was extremely professional in handling the situation considering what he was dealing...
Social Wednesday nights are awesome! Chantta is super helpful and kind. It’s a great way to meet other people in the hotel.
Food is fresh and delicious.
I partly want to keep this to myself but that wouldn’t be helpful to give the much needed kudos to the people who work here. They’re all awesome.
I’ve been put up here for over a month from our insurance. We were in an apartment fire and going through a LOT during the holidays. We were really struggling and depressed. But the warmth and kindness of the staff here has really been so amazing. They took their time to recognize and remember us. They are always so kind every time I see them and have warm welcomes every time. Also so HELPFUL any time...
The outdoor temperature was 32 degrees, and there was no heat in my room while I was caring for my 6-month-old baby. Although the engineer eventually arrived and was very apologetic, the situation posed a serious concern.
Although we got confused on which hotel was the hotel we were staying at because of the location ,the staff were very courteous and informative upon arrival. The hotel was clean and tidy but out dated. In the entrance the chairs were ran down and needed to be replaced. The sink the the room smelled and the water wouldn’t go down.
My recent stay at the Homewood Suites was a bit of a rollercoaster. While there were some bright spots, several service gaps and hidden policies made for a frustrating experience.
The Room & Amenities
The room itself was nice and featured a very convenient kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, which is always a plus for longer stays. However, the preparation was lacking. The suite wasn’t fully...
