I had a pretty good stay. It wasn't great, there were some issues but over all I enjoyed my stay. I wanted to point out the young man who worked the front desk, Musa.
He was great to speak with and very helpful. When I checked in on Sunday there was a wait for rooms due to housekeeping and some guest were angry. Musa was extremely professional in handling the situation considering what he was dealing with. Hilton, he's a good one.

This hotel was recommended by Penn Presbyterian hospital, where my husband was having heart surgery. He had a stroke the day after surgery, and the hotel charged my husband's credit card $260 for an extra day, and then charged me $400 to get my things because the room was in my husband's name, and my name was not listed. Staff and manager were rude, and under these extenuating circumstances, should have been more understanding and helpful. Do not believe that you will be treated any better...at any time...😭

Social Wednesday nights are awesome! Chantta is super helpful and kind. It’s a great way to meet other people in the hotel.
Food is fresh and delicious.
I partly want to keep this to myself but that wouldn’t be helpful to give the much needed kudos to the people who work here. They’re all awesome.

I’ve been put up here for over a month from our insurance. We were in an apartment fire and going through a LOT during the holidays. We were really struggling and depressed. But the warmth and kindness of the staff here has really been so amazing. They took their time to recognize and remember us. They are always so kind every time I see them and have warm welcomes every time. Also so HELPFUL any time I needed anything. If I ever needed to stay somewhere I would hope it would be here with this staff. I want to shout them all out and I apologize if I am missing anyone.

The outdoor temperature was 32 degrees, and there was no heat in my room while I was caring for my 6-month-old baby. Although the engineer eventually arrived and was very apologetic, the situation posed a serious concern.

Although we got confused on which hotel was the hotel we were staying at because of the location ,the staff were very courteous and informative upon arrival. The hotel was clean and tidy but out dated. In the entrance the chairs were ran down and needed to be replaced. The sink the the room smelled and the water wouldn’t go down.

booked @ homewood suites, they sent me to hilton next door bc they had overbooked. I was double charged for my booking and also did not receive a breakfast that was supposed to be included in the booking.

My recent stay at the Homewood Suites was a bit of a rollercoaster. While there were some bright spots, several service gaps and hidden policies made for a frustrating experience.
The Room & Amenities
The room itself was nice and featured a very convenient kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, which is always a plus for longer stays. However, the preparation was lacking. The suite wasn’t fully stocked; we were missing basic items like washcloths and extra bedding for the pull-out couch.
Dining Experience
The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. Despite being kept in warmers, the food was cold, and the selection was very limited. Most concerningly, the cleanliness of the dishes was not up to standard—many plates and utensils still had visible food residue on them.
Hidden Fees & Outdated Information
Be aware that the information on ********** is outdated. The site lists parking at $20, but it is actually $25 per night. This was an unexpected expense I only discovered upon arrival.
The "No Balloons" Policy
The most frustrating part of the stay was a strict "no balloons" policy that is not mentioned on the hotel website or third-party booking sites. I brought balloons for a special occasion, only to be told they weren't permitted on the premises.
• I was only shown the policy document after checking in.
• Because the balloons were non-refundable, this resulted in a total loss of money.
• Management offered no compensation or flexibility for this lack of transparency.

We were in town for 2 nights to attend my cousin's funeral. We chose this hotel for the convenience of having a mini suite kitchen, free breakfast and close proximity to the funeral. Overall we had a good stay. Our studio suite was nice and spacious, clean, comfortable king bed and nice walk in shower.
The front desk staff and customer service deserves 5 stars. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly.
Thank you to our bartender for his red wine recommendation. The rose wine by "Josh" was a great choice. Purchased a bottle at the supermarket on my way home.
Also their wing dings are quite good especially with the sweet chili sauce.

Staff was great, room needed some extra cleaning love - visible dirtiness on the floor, pillow sheets had makeup and blood stains on them, toilet had urine stains on the seat

I stayed at the Hilton for a business trip and we went here for dinner one night. We were seated and prepared to spend a bit extra on dinner - I think the least expensive steak was something like $42. We were seated, given water and then ignored for 10 minutes. We decided to go somewhere else after being given no attention about to drop $150 on dinner.

The service was very slow and inattentive. We ordered a steak rare and the halibut, with asparagus and brussel sprouts on the side. The first steak came out medium instead of rare and we sent it back. The replacement was closer to rare, but dry on the outside and not seasoned at all. The halibut, which is my favorite fish, was dry on the outside and mushy on the inside. It was the worst halibut I've ever eaten. The asparagus was nice and tender, but the brussel sprouts were burned. When we told the waiter how disappointed we were in the meal he sent the manager over. The manager didn't ask what was wrong, but offered dessert on the house as if that would make everything all right. Bad service + bad food + high price = very disappointed customers.
