Staff was extremely accommodating. The room and lobby were gorgeous. Great walking distance to the hub on broadway.

We were starving after arriving on a late flight. They got our order into the bar quickly, and we were able to eat! The room was clean and restful as well.

Great location, service was excellent. We walked everywhere, very easy to take uber also. Ate at the grange, delicious food, great service. We had a great view of the Union hotel. The pool, gym was great. Would def be back.

Spent NYE at the Grand. Our room was on the 15th floor overlooking the Frist Art Museum. It was clean and sexy and the view was amazing. Super comfortable King Sized Bed and very clean. Bellhop service was impeccable- and Valet was fast and friendly. Hotel was decorated for Christmas and NYE. Lobby Bar was nice, however closed early on NYE- we felt like it should have been open until at least 2. We were close to Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park which is where we celebrated NYE and had an amazing time. The hotel Rooftop restaurant had an event for NYE but the cost seemed too high ($275 pp) with only a 20% discount for hotel guests. We ordered Room service for breakfast on NY day and the food was not as good as we had hoped. Bacon was hard and inedible and eggs were cold. We would skip that the next trip and eat at one of the local restaurants. Hotel is walking distance to Broadway and to the Gulch. Looking forward to staying here again.

The rooms are wonderful but better than the rooms is the staff. It's been a long time since I've experienced feeling honored as a client at a hotel. Each staff member made it a point to greet me, serve in the most gracious way & had me eager to return just to feel like I've found a temporary home in that city. Well done, Grand Hyatt Nashville. I got sick the morning I was leaving and dialed "0" and told the lady I was sick and needed a sprite and Alka-Seltzer. They charged me $8 or $10 plus service charge and no Alka-Seltzer.
I thought because I was sick they wouldn't charge me.

This hotel was fabulous. Great location, close enough to walk to Lower Broadway, but far enough to be in a quiet area that is accessible. Room was very comfortable and downstairs bar had great service. Highly recommend.
