Amazing hotel. Everything 5 stars except for the one employee who was rude when we asked if we could check out 30 minutes past check out because I injured my foot and it was extremely hard for me to get around. I just needed a little extra time and she was very rude and disrespectful. It didn’t affect anyone or anything by us checking out a half hour after check out but she didn’t care I had injured myself. Other than that it was great. Pool was a big party and was awesome. Bourbon steak on the top of the hotel was AMAZING. We went there twice during the 4 nights we were there. The wagyu with the hot stone you cook on your table was some of the best steak I have ever had. If going to Nashville definitely stay at this hotel.

The staff and facility were all very nice. An otherwise great stay was impacted by a $35 per day “ destination charge” that I was informed of upon arrival. I was told that I could spend that $35 on food etc at the hotel. This was a surprise charge, and not something I expected from a supposedly high end hotel. I voiced my concern to front desk personnel upon departure, and was informed that actually, I was not subject to this fee. This was after I spent $70 per day on breakfast, because I was told I would be billed for the $35 fee whether I used it or not.

LOVED the JW Marriott Nashville! Incredible stay. Ate at the Stompin Grounds for breakfast and the bar was a great place to grab a cocktail. The rooms were clean and very nice. Would go back to Nashville to stay here. Had a great trip!

Beautiful hotel, clean, well appointed rooms, large floor to ceiling windows, loved the lighting controls and privacy button, bed was very firm. Well stocked mini fridge but be careful not to touch it unless you want to pay if you take anything out of the fridge that you charged for. Stompin Ground coffee is great coffee and pastries located downstairs next to the bar. Rooftop restaurant (bourbon steak) is awesome! Great views of Nashville.
