My visit was amazing because I felt welcomed the minute I spoke to David who helped me make my reservation. I called three times within fifteen minutes and he was so kind on every call

This is a very nice hotel in a good location. It was very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. They have live music at the bar at night. I would definitely stay here again

Restaurant was fabulous and the kid free executive floor was appreciated!!! My only disappointment was with several of their more mature front desk staff who showed ZERO hospitality and kindness in their work ethic and presentation

Surprisingly their younger front desk team members were gracious, kind, approachable, spoke every time people walked by and smiled. The older ones were certainly not up to the standards of a hotel this polished

The room was great as usual. However, no one serviced the room on Saturday. I did share this the front desk. Look forward to my next stay in February

but the towel hook was in the wrong area and you couldn't grab you towel without opening the door and stepping out of the shower. The only other negative was the water pressure was lousy

Great hotel with very nice amenities. Very clean with lots of modern art throughout the hotel. Excellent meeting space with very good food options. The room was very clean and modern. Shower was spacious and clean

I have just had a bad check-in experience at another hotel and this was a major turnaround… This is as good as it gets it’s good to be back at this hotel

The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a great view.

The carpet outside our door had a huge brown stain and the room felt a bit run down. Pool area was nice, but def should be heated. It was upper 80s outside but the pool is in a shadow and was too cold for anyone to swim

No showers around the poolside was inconvenient

I found this hotel via a third party booking site. It is located in a pleasant part of Midtown with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and accommodating

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby is excellent to hang out while waiting for groans to join. Pool looked amazing unforgettable I was so busy I didn't get a chance to use it

I booked and paid for this great location on Trips. Once I arrived at the location the front desk clerk ran my card and charged me again for my room which wound up putting me in the negative with my banking account

Amazing. I lost my phone there and they ended up finding it and sending it back via ups. Great service, kind people. Highly recommend

Also, due to the situation, I was unable to use my card to purchase food, drinks or breakfast the next morning because my card was declining due to the over charge to my card

The hotel is good, for those who are not afraid of noise) I recommend. Music at the bar, and people are having fun. The hotel is for active people)

The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is very clean and has a comfortable and laid back atmosphere. The coffee shop, bar and restaurant were very good. My family and friends will be staying there again.

The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The coffee shop in the lobby was excellent. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional! The beds were very firm. They were too firm for our taste and our back!

My only complaint is that on our last night they seemed to turn off the AC because a cold snap came through. However, being cold outside doesn’t mean it’s cold inside, so our room got too warm

beautiful property. this will be my go-to anytime i’m in nashville. staff at the front desk was nice but not as friendly or warm as hotel staff usually is

Room was very clean. Called for towels and a few other things and room service was fast and friendly. Margaritaville Nashville is always a great place to stay

Great resort in downtown Nashville. Beautiful rooms, dining, wonderful bar with great food and appetizers. Location is great!! You won't be disappointed. All staff super nice and everything is neat and clean

There was a pool table and a table top shuffle board, also the outdoor area on the roof top had phenomenal views of the SoBro neighborhood. The place was tastefully decorated and clean

The bed was comfortable and we had a very large balcony over looking the pool an a couple high rise buildings

The night we stayed they had to do some maintenance on the water system so there was a notice posted that there would be no water from 12am to 4am but they had bottled water waiting for you at the check in desk which was really nice

There was a separate living space and a washer and dryer which came with a starter set of detergent and dryer sheets. It was so nice to wash our clothes and come home and unpack and not have to worry about it

We had a 3 day party weekend in Nashville and don’t want the fun to end so we decided to extend our stay an extra night. We were looking for something budget friendly and came across this place on google

There’s an adorable little Italian cafe that’s attached that was also reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. When we go back to Nashville we will definitely be staying here

The pool was listed as heated but felt quite cold during our visit. The standout positives were the two female servers in the restaurants and the housekeeping staff, who were genuinely kind and pleasant

The front staff was so helpful and even got me a hot tea and shared her own personal collection of tea! Can’t be treated better than that! Just what ai needed. The rooms were lovely and very clean.

Excellent staff. Only negative our room was next to the elevator. The noise made it impossible to have a good night sleep.

If you’re sensitive to smells, this is something to consider. The common areas appeared neglected, with leaves on the floor near the back entrance and visible cobwebs in the ceiling corners by the elevator

The room itself was functional but nothing memorable. I would not choose this property again for more than a one-night stay and would look for other accommodations

Did not use shuttle as parking not available when we made reservation. Breakfast not provided...

The only criticism we had was the music that was played in the pool area, which was a little too loud when you are trying to relax and also the type of music seemed out of context with the general Nashville vibe, but that may be just our personal taste

Room was very nice, great location but the $25.00 daily experience fee was underwhelming and not clearly explained.

There is a great cafe downstairs which does great breakfasts, and a really nice pool bar on the roof. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

Everything was fantastic, I wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were so cozy and comfortable. The bar had great cocktails. All the amenities were excellent

It was warm and inviting with the wood tones and upscale decorations, every person that we dealt with at this hotel is most accommodating and extremely friendly. We definitely give them an A+ plus on service

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Had all the amenities you need., love that it’s close to the blues bar, definitely eat at the skulls restaurant, and take part in the rooftop. I will definitely book again.

There was no tea making facility, towelling robes or literature about the hotel facilities

They were able to check us in on arrival instead of waiting until the afternoon. I feel that was the best service we could have received since we had flown in and needed to rest

Excellent breakfast, clean room. However, bathroom was very small. So convenient to Grand ole Opry. We would definitely stay again.

BUT THE STAFF! I thought this was a quality buy based on the hospitality alone. I don’t say that often - even in 5 star hotels. The breakfast is also REALLY good

Front staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was ok, but did not offer fruit. Eggs were not from whole eggs. Maid service was poor because only bed was made and some trash removed. No vaccum or surface cleaning

We book hotels with pools because we really enjoy swimming or setting in the hot tubs. So that was a big disappointment. We would not stay at this location again

This hotel is very nice. It's practically brand new as of 2018. The location is great. The pool is very nice and the outdoor fire seating area is extremely comfortable and cozy.

I was disappointed that the website indicated that the hotel provided a shuttle within a three mile radius but that was not true. In fact I was told they have never had a shuttle service

I had an unexpected layover in Nashville. The Courtyard was selected because of my familiarity with this this Marriott chain. The check in staff was pleasant and welcoming

This Courtyard is a little worn but still clean

I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets

The room was spacious and very clean. The furniture was comfortable and we had easy access to the exit door. The only problem we encountered was that the shower did not get warm enough for comfort

I had goosebumps the whole time I was showering since the water was only lukewarm. My husband had showered an hour earlier and had the same problem

As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk

I’m very disappointed in the way The employee handle the situation. As disgusting as bedbugs are, I would’ve understood if she Would have even acted as if she cared

Housekeeping slipped one day and didn't come. But the manager called and remedied that. Room was pleasant, small bathrooms areas are my only disappointment

Clean room entire building smelled nice breakfast was good only down fall the hot water would not get hot other than that very nice and clean

The location and the room was great. Had free parking and free breakfast which they had a variety of hot and cold foods and beverages.

Beds were comfy, linens plentiful, refrigerator and microwave were handy. So all in all, it was a good stay

1 queen bed mattress was too soft in the middle. Bedding had stains, so we put towels on bed to sleep. Freezer was too iced over to utilize. Too tired to call front desk

The room was in good condition except that the bed felt like itchy. Not sure if it is because it is a pet friendly hotel and people sleep with the dogs on the beds, but that was the only down side

Check in was a bit slow - we checked in @ peack time & only 1 person working & she was in the middle of finishing up something on the computer. She DID acknowledge us & apologized for the wait

The room was fine. The stairwell was dirty. The exterior door lock doesnt work, so ppl prop it open with a rug. The wifi was down 1 day.

It's an average hotel. It's spacious but The door knob was not working properly.  The closet has an odor when opened. Has refrigerator, and hair dryer. Shampoo and conditioner were provided. The carpet is not clean.

My family and I stayed there for two nights and had a nice stay. The rooms were clean, smelled clean. The continental breakfast was decent. We also took a dip in the pool

The room was older but clean. The bed was comfortable but on the firm side. It was a good experience except the breakfast was not great

We didn’t go to the breakfast during the stay but the air was great, location to broadway was great. Right across from a bmw dealership and a half mile to a raisin canes

Front electric sliding door had to be opened/closed by hand. Was told by front desk to keep door keys away from cell phones as they tend to get erased

Also told that because at night the front desk leaves and person would be locked out of room. No refrigerator in room which was a bit of a bummer as I like to order Door Dash and keep left overs

Room was very clean but service not so great we only had half roll of toilet paper in our room and ran out and front seat said they had no access to any and no towels had two small towels and had to wait til housekeeping the next day to get more which was around 10am by that time we needed to be somewhere else

Great breakfast. A lot of hotels don't served breakfast like this for the price you stay with them. The only problem I have, parking space is narrow.

Breakfast was basic but cooked well and hot. Overall good value for price

Location is just few miles from city center which serve my purpose of stay. Room service was prompt when I have requested for extra towels. Quiet location and safe with camera around the facility -Impressive indeed

Customer service is good, breakfast was as expected but waffle machine was down. No laundry machines during my stay. Noisy area, planes, ambulances, freeway. Lots of places to eat within walking distance

I have stayed 4 nights in Jan and was very pleased with Front Desk staff. They were extremely helpful, courteous and generous. Nice ,clean ,well organised, good size rooms

The front desk staff was amazing! Between phone calls and face to face interaction the day of our check in, all of the staff I spoke with were kind and helpful! The room was amazing, the pool area was the perfect retreat on a cold day and the breakfast was incredible

My third time staying here but definitely my last There was no phone reception in the room, the wifi didn't work for my entire stay, the pool was closed, valet left our car on the street after charging $70/ night

The only bad thing about the hotel is they have only 5 elevators which are not sufficient for the quantity of people so you may be waiting for the elevator to come down or up for up to 15 minutes at a time.

Clean room and great service from their staff. This is the second time we have stayed here and would definitely stay again. Very close to Broadway and all of the fun places in Nash

The room was good, not trash bags? The breakfast was amazing and the staff was great. However, the fact that i had to pay 50$ more just to oark (and cant leave the lot) or 70+$ to do vallet? Location is great also

Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The valet/shuttle driver (Kirk? tall, slender young man) was incredibly friendly and we had a lovely time every time we got the chance to interact with him

We had a great experience at this hotel. Our suite was the perfect size for my family. It was very clean and spotless. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Will definitely visit again!

The room I stayed in had some wear and tear on the walls and cob webs on the ceilings. It also had an odd odor. Overall it was a comfortable stay and the stay so friendly.
