The front staff was super friendly. The guys at the restaurant were helpful with the menu options. Lots of food to choose from and the portions were huge! Starbucks is in the first floor. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Valet was ok, but the last day it took us more than 50 minutes to get our car back

The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant downstairs had great food. Was fairly close for a scooter ride to ACL.

Wonderfully located for restaurants and events, the hotel was extremely clean, quiet, and great staff. Bathroom was clean and classy and decor was modern and tasteful. Bed was a little harder than I was used to, but for most people it probably would have been perfect. There was a restaurant and Starbucks on the premise, but since I was visiting family, I didn't get to check that out. Next door is large construction, but this didn't create any noise...as soon as it's finished, some of the adjoining streets will reopen for easier access. I felt this hotel was great value and top notch.

Overall a good value
The hotel is nice but they keep the common areas like meat cooler and the exterior entrance area is not well maintained.

We came here and only stayed one night, but EVERYTHING was awesome!! The valet really made our experience one to remember. Noah and Jenny took such good care of us when we arrived all the way up until we left. They made sure our car was pulled up quick, helped us load the car and gave us water when we headed out. The front desk ladies were a pleasure as well! Thank you for going above and beyond with exceptional service. We will be back!!

I have to give a heartfelt thank you to Gwen (front desk receptionists). What a professional and very helpful! I arrived early so she suggested that I leave my luggage in the holding area, go park my car and give her a few minutes to assess the situation for availability. When I returned I had a room with an amazing view. Her friendly and pleasant greeting is truly appreciated. What a treamdous and valuable team member and she represents the Marriott brand in a very positive manner.

Hadn't been here in a while. Seems more commercial now to me. The flavors of the food weren't the same as I remembered.

All stars goes for ambience which is good. Food is not that great. The dishes which were marked as spicy were too sweet for us. And there was nobody to ask if we have got what we had expected. But had fell in love with their coconut cooler, wonderful drink to refresh your mood.

We got in early before all the wait staff were there, and so the manager served us personally - we were impressed. The food was really good, much better than the last PFC I went to in San Antonio. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed. Food is okay, service was not. Firstly, I asked to sit out on the patio which both the hostess and GM reluctantly gave me. The hostess did not offer to clean the area and persistently told me, “Yeah, this is hasn’t been opened all day...” every 8 seconds. As far has the food service, the entrees came out swiftly. My waitress was very lovely, but did not box my food for me as most other locations do (thought it was standard). Lastly, I dislike servers giving the bill before I ask - I like to chill during meals! In addition, I expense my meals to my work; I need my drinks and food on separate tabs.

I have high standards for PF Chang’s as it is a family favorite restaurant that reminds me of happy memories. Unfortunately, tonight’s experience tarnished my high views.

This place provided a much needed respite from the "keep Austin weird" crowd scattered across 6th Street. Don't remember the hosts or staff being particularly friendly, but we brushed that off our shoulders and bellied up to the bar. The bartender was very busy since the place was packed, but they were nice.

Fajitas here taste very fresh. The chicken is moist and the beef is tender. It's not the best fajita I've ever had, but it isn't the worst by any means. But, let me back up. The chips and salsa are pretty good, and the white cheese queso is great.

Didn't get there to experience any sort of Happy Hour, but I'm sure they have one. A city full of broke college kids must have a Happy Hour...

Decent drinks only a few beers on tap but a lot of local Austin beers in a can or bottle.

The steak fajitas were great as well as the chips and salsa. From the few other places I went that had Tex Mex, this place took the cake!

Great atmosphere! I sat on the patio upstairs. The food was excellent and Michael our waiter was very helpful and had a great attitude. Michael the manager even stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect.

Food was good. Tortilla soup and brisket enchiladas were my favorite. Some of the wait staff was quite rude. I had to order from the bar because no one came over to see us. Bar tender was very nice. Unfortunately I did watch one of the female servers SCREAM curse words at the bus boy. He was trying to get it of her way and didn't get far enough for her and she literally screamed and cursed him out. It was really not necessary and I did not enjoy my visit after that. The food does come up on an elevator which was fun to watch!
