The rooms and the hotel itself are very old and run-down.

The check-in experience was terrible. After checking in, I was told my personal information couldn't be found, and I waited in the lobby for an hour. After finally checking in, I was seated by the pool, where people were playing music and talking late at night – it was unsafe and very noisy. The room also had a damp smell, and there were moths in the bathroom. I will definitely never come back!

When we checked in, we found that the shower in the bathroom was broken. After we moved to a new room, we found that the lighting in the bathroom could not be turned on. After we reported it to the front desk, they said they could do nothing and could not even provide candles, so we could only use the bathroom and shower in the dark. In addition, each room had problems to varying degrees. We did not check it before we checked in, and after we checked in, the front desk said that no one was repairing it. Their ability to handle problems was extremely poor. Moreover, the noise from airplanes at night was serious, which affected our sleep.

This restaurant was absolutely a blast! Waiters are costumed and play pranks while you dine. It is a terrific experience for all ages. Word of advice: go for cheaper menu items and drinks. The more expensive menu items were not worth the cost, but still go and enjoy the show!

Great place to go, good dining experience. I would recommend getting one of their lesser plates cause they offer unlimited soup, salad, and really good bread. So you aren't hungry by the time your meal gets to your table. Our hostess was great, everyone was so funny.

Fun place. Definitely more family oriented with young kids. Staff dresses up as super heroes or todays latest movie theme trend. Each table is differently themed, they are not all the same.
Expensive for sure. There is a bar separate from the restaurant, and they do allow smoking in the bar, as it is stated on the door "in designated areas" for those who like to smoke.

We love this place. We always have a great time. Great in character staff. Friendly and clean. The food is good it is just a little pricey but all worth the environment and entertainment. Extremely family oriented. Kids will love it. Great strawberry daiquiris!

Always a great time at the Magic Time Machine!! Great fun, Great food, Great entertainers! Our annual birthday dinner as chosen yearly by our kids. Tonight was our daughter's birthday and we had a blast.
Our "Belle" character was super funny and entertaining. The manager came by to check to check on us and gave us a little extra surprise. Way to go sir!!!
My daughter had a wonderful time that night and it more than made up for our last experience when our server was an absentee.
Next up, our son's birthday, when will Batman be back? Check out the food we had and the bubbly "potion" drinks were great for the kids.

I really love their casero tacos and their crispy taco plate is very affordable. I'd give this place 5 stars but their prices are a bit steep for a fast food taco joint.

Visited because of a recommendation. The food had good taste and flavor and their salsa bar was excellent however the cashier could have used some training. Since it was my first time, I had questions about their menu and their plates. I stated it was my first visit and had never been there before. The cashier reacted like I was a bother. I proceeded to ask her about one of their plates, she looked up at the menu and back to me and shrugged her shoulders. I was shocked she couldn't answer my question and even surprised that she seemed not to care. Look up the menu before you go so you'll know what you want.

When you order tacos with cheese and get charges $.65 for each one and get home to find out they didn't put it on. I call to let them know . He said he would replace the tacos. I go by a hour later coz I told him in the phone I just want the money back from the cheese I didn't get. He replace the money for the 2 tacos and the cheese, fine. But no apology or sorry . Words go a long way ,if said. I won't be going back anymore

Great Mexican food at good prices. Sometimes it's loud and the drive through gets backed up but it's worth it. Salsa and nacho chip bar is free and tasty.

I've been coming to this establishment for the past two years and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Chili's bartender J.R.

The bar area is where we sit all the time and the customer service has always been great. They cook their steaks well and the food is always hot. For bigger parties (7-10) things got a little hectic but was fixed immediately. There is a wide selection to chose from as well for everyone.

On Veterans day, a friend and I went for a evening meal. We were meet at the door by a pleasant and inviting host. While being seated, the first table was unacceptable to me because of its placement. My request for a different table was meet with a quick and kind change, we where giving another table, with a very friendly and excellent waitress. There food was served promptly and with a smile and pleasant conversation and a gracious attitude. This by far was one of the greatest experiences I have had at a eatery on Veterans day in my years of military service and retired life.

Veterans Day is not the best day to eat at Chili's but, I did. Noise, building temperature too hot and crowded dining room; all came in second to our waitress. She was great, with sense of humor that you couldn't avoid becoming a raving fan. Learning her husband was active duty military, Army (we forgave her). The food. free, compliments of Chili's was perfect. The managers, very engaged, where out visiting tables, that's what more restaurants must do. Hint: Customers really, really like to see active management. Not those who appear, as if summoned from some secret chamber.

Like some of you I haven't been to Chili's in a very long time until a few months ago. I was actually very surprised at the quality of food that they have at this place I have no idea what they've done to their menu or who their chef is but the chicken tenders I had were out of this world. The service was great because I was greeted by a very friendly man at the bar who cater to my needs at every point of my meal.
If you haven't already I would definitely give this place a shot again especially with the great drink specials that they carry around happy hour it won't break the bank and you'll definitely have some money left over so you can buy some tasty beverages to go along with your good meal.
