The check in staff member was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very easy on/off for I-10. We were oy there overnight but would recommend.

The only reason that I did not say my stay was terrible was the helpful and considerate staff. Both nights I stayed, my keycard did not open the door, which seemed to be frozen, and the staff had to spend ten minutes each night helping me open the door to my room. In the room, the toilet did not work when I arrived, and I had to use a plunger I had to unclog the toilet. Finally, the doorknob to the bathroom was almost completely broken. However, as I said, the staff was helpful and considerate.

Hotel is very dirty is infested with cockroaches and couldn’t sleep the whole night due to the infestation. Hotel staff didn’t want to give us towels for the room and the refrigerator was out in my room.
These issue occurred on November 22-23 upon checking in. I am truly disappointed and will like a refund for my stay

Picture of room on website not the room you get, graffiti on mirror in restroom, mold behind toilet, room had musty odor, microwave had leftover food in it, tubs were filthy, stained, broken vanity, no racks in closet, dirty towel on curtain rod, flooring in one area looked like there was a struggle of some type, property unkempt, will never go back..

This is, hands down, a very well kept property! They offer nice/clean/well equipped rooms, with very professional/friendly staff members, and a convenient location to everything I could possibly need access too. I definitely recommend this (Studio 6 Six Flags) location to anyone looking for reasonably priced accomodations, that have and exhibit these qualities, for their stay in the San Antonio area. I give this establishment 5/5⭐️🌟💫✨⭐️

Very dirty. First unit had seven dead roaches , moved to another unit also filthy but no roaches until nighttime. Place felt infested . I hardly slept. Nice ppl and very embarrassed about the roach situation.

Room had a dead grasshopper under the AC, other than that everything was ok in relation with the price.

There was hair on for floor especially in the restroom. There is no Hair dryer and no ice machine, no tissues. We will never stay there again. If I could get a refund that would be great I had a terrible weekend.

This has been the worst experience the place is dirty. I couldn’t sleep with roaches on the bed crawling on me throughout the night the room has a strong odor similar to pee and the management does not care
