Very good. Good location. Clean though some facilities are somehow old.

My family and I decided to stay at Fairmont for New Year’s Eve. It was a last-minute booking, and we reserved a suite room. From the beginning, the front desk staff was very helpful, especially the lady who checked us in. She was polite, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.

Overall, everything went well. The room was comfortable, and we truly enjoyed spending the holiday with our family. We were also able to watch the fireworks, which made the experience even more special.

There was one staff member named Max who spoke to us in a way that felt impolite and rude. We chose not to let it affect our mood, as we wanted to start the New Year on a positive note. Despite this, we still tipped him along with another staff member.

On a positive note, Janet—who assisted us over the phone around 6:00 PM—was extremely kind, patient, and accommodating. She made a wonderful impression and truly stood out for her excellent customer service.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality we received. Thank you for making our New Year’s celebration memorable.

Our 18th Wedding Anniversary stay at Fairmont Dallas was nothing short of exceptional!

We arrived before check in and stopped by the Concierge to store our luggage. That is where we met Chef Concierge Philip, who immediately made us feel welcome. He encouraged us to check if our room was ready and it was. That set the tone for the entire stay.

The room was breathtaking, with a spectacular view that allowed us to watch the New Year’s fireworks from Reunion Tower. Absolutely unforgettable.

Philip went above and beyond, offering thoughtful recommendations on things to do and places to see. Every time we crossed paths, he greeted us by name. By the time we checked out, we genuinely felt like family.

Our room service breakfast was absolutely scrumptious and the perfect way to start our mornings.

We could not have chosen a better hotel in Dallas to celebrate both our anniversary and New Year’s. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and consistent from start to finish. Not a single complaint.

Thank you to the Fairmont Dallas team and especially Philip for making our celebration one we will remember forever. We will definitely be back!

We had booked a stay at the Fairmont for my wife's 30th birthday, and I wanted to do something special. I had one of the best experiences with Fairmont's Concierge team who assisted me in making my wife's birthday a special one. I mostly spoke with Philip Powell but I know his team played a crucial role in allowing all of this to come together. They allowed me to ship decorations for the room that they helped to put up. Then Philip suggested to share some pictures of Haylee with her friends and family and he would have his team frame and set it up all around the room. They had the champagne and cake waiting for us when we got there and my wife was shocked! I want to shoutout additional members on Philip's team Darrel Lucas and bellman Max who played key roles in making all of this come together and ensure everything was in order. I truly appreciate the concierge team at Fairmont, and I can say I have not worked with a better team that was so accommodating. All their responses via email or phone were timely and it was a pleasure to work with them. If you want to plan something special for your loved ones, I highly recommend staying at the Fairmont Dallas because Philip and his team will ensure what you plan is truly a special one.
I also want to mention that I left my Bluetooth speaker in the room and Philip was able to locate it for me, and then Jack Farley from the Front desk helped me deliver it to the Uber Courier to ensure it got delivered to my in laws in Frisco. I really appreciated all their efforts here.

We loved this hotel. It has everything we can think of for comfort. Staff is really friendly. They have valet service which made our life easier. Breakfast is highly recommended. Everything we tried in the menu was so delicious: salmon bagel, pain au chocolat, butter croissant, breakfast potatoes ( a must try ), fruits, chia yoghurt parfait…
We will definitely be back again.

What a wonderful place! Came here for our anniversary and couldn’t have been happier. The service here is incredible! Check-in was smooth and easy as well as checkout. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend the crawfish benedict and the tortilla breakfast. So good we had it twice! However, the highlight of our trip was the concierge Philip. A long time employee of the company with a vast knowledge of the area. He made us feel like family. Always greeting with a friendly smile and providing us with whatever we needed. Truly the highlight of our trip. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Philip! The Granbury Satterfields!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here again this year. The Fever event “Dining in the Dark” was really fun! I have loved The Fairmont since 1976, when my high school prom was there. Always luxurious with perfect service.

Always love coming here! Great service, amenities always in working order, and my room was clean, quiet and comfortable with a lovely view! Bartenders make the best drinks! Can't wait for my next stay
