This was one of my favorite hotel stays in Dallas ever. The staff was so polite, walking distance to American Airlines, good food, and incredible views. We will be staying here again

Everything was terrible for the price and name of the hotel. The valet when I arrived claimed all I had to do was text their number to receive my car. Later when I attempted to do this it didnt work because they didnt put my ticket in their system yet.
The room has a balcony with 0 furniture, how am I going to enjoy the view and outdoor balcony if theres no seating.
The room when you first walk in opens into the restroom with 0 privacy. I dont know if Diddy helped them with the floor layout but its cringe walking into your room to only see the entire restroom. The shower doesnt even have a door, the shower head has literally no pressure.
I went with a party of 2 to eat at their restaurant only to find a piece of their porcelain plate in the food.
I was informed they dont have their iconic bar open anymore. This was a big reason why we stayed here.
The spa was so busy we could not make a reservation for the entire day.
For a $500+ room I expect better quality of services.

Very nice hotel. The bed, sheets, and pillows were so comfortable. We had a view of the American Airline Center. We attended the Mavs game that night. It was very convenient to simply walk across the street to attend the game.

Overcharged by $1,100! Room ok, restaurant very very poor service (had to wait an hour from ordering but food had not arrived yet so left)

The check in was okay, but they changed my room from a balcony room to regular suite room. One room was hot, the other was cool. The sink drain made a popping noise all night long. Not what I was expecting at a hotel of this nature!

My mom and I stared here in late July because Jin of BTS had a concert at the American Airlines Center. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel - to say we had a terrific stay would be an understatement. We chose the hotel because it was right across the street from the venue, but our stay was made even better by the terrifically helpful and kind staff, the lovely rooms, and the surrounding area of the property. As BTS fans, we were also delighted by how kind and accommodating everyone was to us, and how welcoming they were, so that was a lovely bonus. This was a great place to stay, and we'd gladly come back even without an event to go to. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly disappointed in this experience. Food is average at best and the fry's and TX Poutine are limp and swimming in grease. Other better options around the area.

So I went to a concert at American Airlines this week and this place was super close. Checked out the reviews and was weary about going but we all needed food and again it was super close. OMG the bad reviews may have been on an off night, every place has them, because the food was great. Let's start with service, it was a little slow but 90% of the people there were going to the same concert our group was but the food made up for it.
Had the Tavern Burger, the Dijon mayo was to die for, so good I dipped my fries in it. The broccoli, I don't know what the hell they put in it but I could have just had a bowl of it and been happy. For dessert had the chocolate lava cake and it like sex on a plate if you're a die hard chocolate lover, which I am. I would go back. Ignore the bad reviews and check it out your self.
