They never fail me. Never jave I been disappointed staying here I love them

The first room had roaches in there, the second room the lights didn’t work. The sink was falling apart. The remote didn’t work for the tv either. Pillows was dirty with stains on there.

Do better
Could've been better. Front desk mixed up my reservation and it took a long time to resolve it but it got taken care of.

The bathroom had roach after discovering this I checked early. Coffee pot was disgusting filthy with dead roach in side filter where you put the coffee grinds very sickness. I won't be back soon.

Clean room. Good staff. They also allow service dogs with no question ( but if you have a service animal make sure to bring right paper work and rember to clean up after) the staff is nice about it so be nice about it back 🙂

The people that run this place have always been kind to me. They have let me stay in lobby while getting a room they have always just been kind. People aren't like that these days. So I always try to go back there. Very clean.

I asked for a smoking room and got a none smoking room but everything else was great

Double booked is careless for travelers
I’m paralyzed booked accessible back in may2025. No room available so I settled for regular room and my wheelchair didn’t work in bathroom that’s not accessible for shower ing. Our reservation was double booked and nobody called us. Only coffee and energy bar for breakfast, sad sad

People let there kids finger the food then put it back, One family packed up two plates and tried to leave with them, The manager saw them and told them they had to pay for extra take out, Sooooooooooooooo. the lady took the food and attempted to take it back, The manager said she couldn't do that, Long story short, She threw the food down and walked out, Lets put this way, The weren't from here. I will stick with E Star.

It's fine as buffets go, food is adequate for a quick bite. Dingy parking lot, outside and interior could use a face lift. Slightly cramped dining areas. Noise level can be unpleasant if your by yourself and looking for alone time/dining.

The food is good but a little oily/greasy. Love their fried plantains though. It can get a little crowded but people are usually moving about. I wish their sushi selection was better and didn't look like it was over 2 days old but it is what it is. Overall I'd still visit just not as often as some people who do go.

Horrible, horrible, horrible and oh yes, horrible. Good to know they are keeping the salt companies in business. Food was cold. Will not ever go back!
