First night I woke up with a swollen eye idk maybe because of place being infested with roaches and then wake up sick from ac unit probably has mold and also got kick out 2 days earlier than check out time for owing them 40 dollars

Absolutely the most unclean disgusting place I have ever stayed in. Woke up this morning with roaches in the bed and roaches in the bathroom crawling on the shower walls and coming out of the shower drain

Correction we did appreciate the help. And I tried to give even more money. And they said no, that we needed to leave. Even though I told them I would get paid Monday to back pay and even pay ahead of time. The review that was given is actually true. Because they do have mice and roaches. The beds are sunken in. TVs are outdated. You have people breaking into the rooms but yet are to afraid to actually do anything. You ask the the tenants to call the police. There is black mold in the walls. Holes behind the old and outdated wallpaper. The only thing y'all didn't have was bedbugs. Your house keepers didn't clean. But yet claimed that the rooms were done. It's okay though. Eventually this place will be shut down. Also the morning front desk is very rude (Linda). The only person that was decent was Richard and the lady at night. Thank you and have a great night.

Giving this place a one star. If I could rate them a zero I most definitely would. Ice machine in the office is broken. Have to do everything before 9pm. They don't have microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms unless you are there for more then a week. And sometimes not even then. They have a pool, but it's disgusting and doesn't work. The rooms are disgusting. Doors are broken. Rooms smell bad because they have black mold. They have roaches as well. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because it's that disgusting. Roaches are coming through the walls and through the outlets. They also have mice.They triple charge for rooms that are only worth 30 bucks if that. Terrible experience. If housekeeping comes in at all. Lastly housekeeping would come in to clean but they will unplug the fridge and not plug it back in. Housekeepers don't speak english. Management is rude and don't take people's concerns into consideration.

Horrible coustomer service .
Was picked on by owner since day 2 staying their due to the daughter in law of the front desk worker .
Told the front desk worker i had children they gave me a room on top floor then had to move rooms due to a coustomer that lives their right under me .
So had to pack up and move rooms ended up having to pay extra 45$ for a room they moved us to had to move our fridge and mocrowave our selfs .
Then the daughter in law that cleans the rooms complained saying we left room dirty complet lie . Ended up finding out shes pregnate and just didnt wanna clean .she would come everyday and didnt clean good at all while complained whole time how she pregnagte and cant do job any more . Or the motels vacume wasnt good and rhats best she could do . Made me change my bed sheets and then had boss ugly to me so i had a big arrgument with owner cuz of daughterlaws lies . Told them for the price they didnt do their job made the owner look at the pile of dust on lamp shade made them look at the filter in the ac then told them that i was being bullied and he made them come clean my filters and more cuz they knew they was not cleaning good . Then pass by the daughter in law room while door was open and seen the filt she was living in and would lie on me .
The front desk worker has her 2 sons 4 grandkids and 2 daughter in laws living their doing as they pleased . The breker flipd and got mad at me for it the son of front desk worker came with a key and offered the room next door that didnt work by card only key and told me not to shut the door if i left that room cuz the door only works with key and i would be locked out .to leave door open if i left
While im worried about this man who dont work their have key to my room that me n my kids was supposed to sleep in till they flipped breaker on . While the boss called me mad saying this was a one time thing and they wont rent to me agin if happend agin . Then the room i rented had over 25 moth balls everywhere and wasnt let aware of my baby had a moth ball in his mouth . I complained and they said maybe the renters before put them their wich nade no sense if they supposed to clean room before n after renter. Then found a sandwich bag with powder subtance shoved behind head board . Horrible exsperince ever .
Dont recomend at all .
And the front desk daughter in law that cleans rooms has no teeth and looks very nasty and want us to trust some one who couldnt take care of their own teeth to clean my room ..
Will be calling bbb on them cuz itsnot safe the showers had big holes in them bottom of tub ..
Had cops their every night one renter trew fridge off 2 floor.

Thus, location has roaches, mold, and mildew, the housekeepers on weekend crew is trash, the black guy does his self nothing, the owner is not polite, the only good thing maybe if you just starting to try to get on your feet then it may work, just be prepared to clean your own room to your comfortability.
