Wasn't a bad experience but definitely not worth the amount of money we paid to stay! You can camp out next to there parking lot for free!

It was ok. I stayed for 2 nights and didn’t realize the bedcover had blood on it until late the second night. I was too tired to call anyone. Then I saw a bandaid in the shower drain. I mentioned this to the front counter as I was leaving.
The breakfast was the same as all the other hotels. I thought being a boutique hotel it might be a little different and fresher by the reviews.
Then the bar was closed on Monday night… that’s kinda why I picked the hotel.

Staff was very nice, clean room, offered to change rooms since our tv was not working. Overall everything was great, will definitely stay there again.

Great stay walking distance to the NRG Stadium and many places to eat! The hotel has a bar onsite to pregame before heading to my event! Great staff and super friendly.

The room was filthy microwave was disgusting bathroom sink was disgusting it reeked of smoke even tho it was a non smoking room. My husband and I was extremely disappointed an dissatisfied the headboard was disgusting it was a complete disaster a 190 bucks down the drain

The hotel is terrible. Don't go. It's impossible to stay in a hotel. We booked for three days and we didn't check in. We asked for our money back, and I didn't get it.
The hotel was very damp and had a musty smell. I am ill and can't live in such bad conditions. We wanted to check out. They never gave us a check out.

The room was very grey and musty！！！

The website doesn't solve anything！！！

酒店非常的糟糕，千万别去。根本没法在酒店呆着。我们预订了三天，我们没有入住。我们要求退钱，也没给我退钱。
酒店非常潮湿，还有一股发霉的味道。我生着病，不能住在这样糟糕的环境。我们想退房，一直没给我们退。
预定房间的网站也解决不了任何问题！！！

Not very happy today. They need to fix their online order system to show correct delivery time and not have someone call you less than 5 minutes after you order to tell you it is a 2 hr delivery time and not the 35minutes it says online. And this is not the closest pizza joint to us.

I ordered pizzas on Friday for a meeting we had on Monday. I requested delivery to be at 11:15am, order was delivered at 12:10 noon when our meeting started. I called the manager and he did not seem to care.

2 or 3 weeks ago I received the worst pizza I ever had from the S. Main store. Today I ordered my comp pizza and it was totally awesome! Thanks Jaime and crew at the S. Main store. You definitely restored my confidence in Papa John's!!!

Usually I have to wait to be served, but the staff is friendly and helpful. The margheritas are awesome. I love to go there after work.

Waited well over 20 minutes for food to be done. Employees were very slow and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you're willing to wait. A sit down to order restaurant has faster service than this place

Forced to stop here for a quick bite by my pregnant wife. First drive through I've seen in my life with bars on the window. If you're wondering if bars make it difficult to pass food to the customer, requiring the employee to turn the bag sideways just to fit it through, you'd be correct.
