Stayed here for one night and had another night booked. Ended up leaving to get food and came back and there was a roach on the counter. Called the front desk and he came and told us it was the only roach and he could only give us a 50% refund. When he was walking off he was mad and spitting.

Best safe hotel for the price and location. I’ve been staying here for years. Front seat and housekeeping staff is amazing!!! I was disappointed how the shut hotel down for months to help out with fema. I wished they left a section of rooms open for regular guest. That really put me in a bind with a hotel that was decent to stay. I mean I worked only 5 minutes away . All other hotel by my job wasn’t up to par !! And wasn’t clean and safe!! Finally they r opening back up but it wasn’t really as packed as it was okay when I stayed. I liked upstairs but was only given downstairs but I can tell upstairs was open because curtains was open. I was given a handicap room and fridge didn’t work well. And that’s a first for me at this hotel. No freezer for my lunch ice packs . But I would stay again

Great CLEAN rooms & Comfy beds, but this is definitely NOT a family hotel. Did not provide me a 1st floor room although I requested and they were available due to my back issues. No elevator. Breakfast mediocre.

All room clean and service is good and has big truck parking and room has microwave freeze and toilet is very clean And area is too good no noise aroind one can sleep peacefully........ I love to come one again Again Again and again...... The hotel is close to downtown Galleria Airport Its relly Quick to reach places

Of the budget-priced hotels I've been to in Houston, this one is definitely one of the cleaner, more comfortable ones. The Whataburger in the parking lot is a major plus, and its proximity to downtown for a budget price is a winner. It's not going to dazzle anybody, but it will get the job done. I'd stay there again.

Hurricane just hit. Was able to get a room. Had no carpet and had been flooded. Manager very professional . The room was very clean. And ready for the carpet. So blessed to get a room

Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Looked like there was some remodeling done. It looked really nice. There were security cameras set up to look over ther commercial vehicles and other guest. Breakfast served in the morning.

I went Memorial Weekend to visit family and didn't want to impose so we popped in at the last minute. This was a big mistake. The gentleman asked if a I had reservation and I said no. I had called about two hours earlier to see if he had any vacancies and he did. I was quoted on price on the phone and after I showed up the price was of course higher. In the end he suggested we take advantage of the continental breakfast. I grinned a just went with it. Tired we went to our room which was fine. No major problems. FYI: Continental breakfast is from 6-9. He failed to mention that part and I failed to ask. When we showed up at 9:07, the lady hurriedly starting putting things away and said that we were to late. Deep breath......if you are looking for a room hope you have a better experience than I did.
