The customer service was great and efficient. I liked the room. There was a bug when I woke up, and I called. They went up to my room and took care of it for me. I was grateful. It was quiet.

The breakfast was simple. I don't recall eggs or bacon. If they were there, I must've missed it. They didn't have a jacuzzi or indoor pool, so I was disappointed.

I had to go to work a few miles away. I wanted a close motel so I can sleep in without worrying about traffic, but the job location for my training only had hotels that were sketchy with people that obviously used prohibited substances and more than likely were addicts.

This area was the best location for the price. I recommend it if you want to feel safe and you don't want anything so low-quality that you don't want to walk on the floor with your bare feet.

[I would've taken more pictures and better pictures, but I was too tired when I got in that I barely remembered to take pictures at all.]

To be honest, policy at this hotel are very odd.. they kept the deposit because of vaping? First of all how do they know we were vaping? Are the camaras in tge rooms?
Front desk treats you very poorly, no respect.
Our room was ok.. the bed was vey low to the floor...
Breakfast bread was hard milk was bad...
No security its surrounded area in not the best... i did not feel safe i would not go back to this hotel. Thus us a personal opinion its my experience anyone might have different. We never stayed in thos hotel we thought it was great but we would not go back. Personaly I thought it woukd be good but no.

We lost almost 300 dollars and it was extremely exhausting staying there..

Hell nah... Terrible area of town, broken elevator buttons, shower in room did not work. Receptionist was very courteous, although she was new and inexperienced. I checked in and immediately checked out and went elsewhere. Avoid the headache and book elsewhere. The 1 star is for the amazing receptionist, the facility would receive 0 stars if possible.

We had to wait for over 30mins before anyone showed up at the reception.

Secondly, there was no running hot water in the bathroom and the staff couldn't do anything about it

roaches in the bathroom and around bed area. We also couldn’t take a hot shower our entire stay because the water was freezing. Breakfast was bad.

Got there after driving 20 hrs tired as all heck to be greeted by a rude manager. Had to change rooms 3 times stayed on 3rd floor with no working elevator?!?

Dump…I literally checked out 30 minutes after checking in. Old old and smelled. The only thing that looked good was the lobby. Wasted my money because I couldn’t get a refund. There no consistency to Sonesta and this was one of the worst ones. I went to I-10 west instead

The food is good here but there should be two dollar sign in the top.

Employees apparently do not like speaking with customers. No hello, no what can I get you... they just stare at you and expect you to tell them what they want to know. Cashier stares at you while continuing to talk to a customer who is leaning against the tray holder. Food is getting cold while they are carrying on a conversation. Food looks old and dried up.

The service was outstanding and the food was really good! But I couldn't tip because someone took that option away from card purchases! Dumb move. Every restaurant I've been to has this option EXCEPT this Luby's. Bad move management... bad move.

Fajita was way to over cooked and burned , rice was hard, and over all the salsa bar was disgusting the guacamole was already dark brown

Tex Mex is my fave. Just the margaritas are watered down but I love the Happy hour times and prices.

I don't often eat at Taco Cabana, but today I did, I ordered the beef enchilada dinner an it was great , highly recommend for something quick an very good overall.
