Beds were nice and clean and breakfast was good but elevators need attention and it was not a warm and welcoming environment. Check on was quick and easy but receptionist was not cheerful and she was very quiet. There were lots of sketchy people and activities in the lobby and parking lot at night but room was quiet and no interruptions during two day stay.

Roaches were everywhere im there!!! went to 3 diff rooms on floors 4-6 and they all were filthy!!! & bug infested

The check in lady was pretty quiet, we asked for directions several times, and could barely hear her. We got to the room and we were met face to face with a roach on the inside of the door as we went to close it. As we walked in there was poop wiped on the wall by the big mirror and another roach on the wall by the window. We didn’t even try the breakfast because the cleanliness of the room made us feel the kitchen would be just as bad.

The room had a weird smell and there was a hole in the wall like if someone punched it. The staff was nice but I feel like we wouldn’t come back to stay here.

The staff was nice but I could not stay here. I ended up leaving and booking at another hotel. I would recommend they tear this place down and start over! They try to mislead you with pretty pictures of the lobby but the minute you go to the elevator everything goessouth!

The room was awful. Carpet coming up, no smoke detector just a whole in the wall, tv did not work and roaches. Very bad experience. If i could have got a refund we would have went elsewher.

The photos used on the listing are so outdated, the elevators were definitely sketchy, and we found a roach on one the pillows in the room we were staying in, which discouraged us to even want to try the breakfast, staff wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly either or welcoming.

First time reviewer here but I recommend to not stay at this hotel. The rooms had roaches and were not clean. The elevator is sketchy and super worn down. Sometimes it took the elevator a little while to open the doors. The left one was a tad bit in better condition than the left. Just looking around the property you can tell it needs more repairs than the average low cost hotel. On the third floor the elevator buttons did not work and one of the lughts was just hanging bye a thread.

My original room was halfway cleaned. I let the lady from the front desk. She came to look herself. I didn’t have a problem with at all. My second room ac smells of mildew
