I saw numerous roaches and once I told the employee Lisa she got an attitude and acted as if she didn't care. Be careful when eating here bad cleanliness and customer service.!

Just saw cockroach on the bench where they prepare the sandwich. Ended up with canceling my order.

Not open during posted business hours. Bummer

Rejected my coupon even though people in front used same coupon

Took forever to bring my husband's drink, then almost 20 minutes to bring mine. Bacon wrapped shrimp with jalapenos had almost no jalapeno and 6 small shrimp for $23. Had to ask to get veggies that menu said cane with my meal and then they were barely cooked. Very loud music and inappropriate for children. Good used to be good years ago at Mall of America. Not this one all Galleria.

Wow. 1 scoop ice cream. 2 smallish slices of brownie and a ton of whip cream.... $15.99. Place was so overpriced it was insulting.

Also please tell your wait staff about personal hygiene. BO an dessert.... not a fun combination.

Yes interesting for small children, but that's about it.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. We figured 'Cool, the kids should love this,' I am filled with regret. The hostess station had 3, count 'em, 1, 2, 3! hostesses. Not a single one acknowledged us. After a few minutes of standing there, one of them grabbed a few menus and said "Follow me." We were detailed in the middle of the restaurant and our waitress was friendly, but disappeared after getting us our drinks. The manager actually had to take our food order and get drink refills. Mind you there are empty tables all over this place, it was not busy. We waited for over 30 minutes in a practically empty restaurant. My daughter ended up knocking over amy glass and no one even bothered to help clean it up. We used all of our napkins and sat waiting for our waitress or ANY wait staff to come buy so we could ask for a cloth. Finally we gave up and walked out. Just don't go and save yourself the headache.

I am truly disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The service was AWFUL! They took forever to take our order and bring out our drinks and food. There was a hair on an orange they used to garnish our drink. As for the food, it's practically Chili's food for triple the price. My one year old son enjoyed watching the animals and the scenery and that's the only reason why I rated 2 stars instead of zero.

The service was horrible I came in at 10:30 pm with my wife and it took our server 10-20 minutes to show up or anyone for that. He didn't introduce himself, our food was on the table at 12:14 and my order was wrong! At this point I was very upset, I called for a manager three times and apparently he was busy upstairs. The server was rude and showed up to the table maybe three times the whole night! And I'd understand if the service was low if the restaurant was busy but I stood up and walked around looking for help and he was having fun talking to his coworkers! Please don't go waste your time like I did! This was the worst dinning experience I've ever had.

We have been to this CheeseCake Factory no less than 10 times over 4 years. This was an unforgettable experience. The wait was decent at 30 minutes. Front desk was pleasant although fatigued from everyone hanging out at the desk (customers). When we were seated the hostess took 15 min to take our drink order. Came back with an extremely flat soda and marginally bitter sweet teas. The food arrived but was actually for another person. We had to wait for the rest of our meal to arrive and drinks were never refilled.
