The hotel is listed as having a shuttle service but they do not offer one. I made my booking at this location specifically for the airport shuttle. I had to pay out of pocket for an extra expense that was falsely advertised. Hotel room and facilities were fine, clean and no issues. Shower was nice, hot with good pressure.
Bathroom light was not working even after the front desk guy came to fix it but unable to.
Offering 1 free breakfast to compensate knowing there are 2 people.
I declined the offer and decided to make an honest review not only because they were so CHEAP but because they get away with this below standard.
I seldom make negative reviews but CUSTOMERS SHOULD READ REVIEWS, to prevent this experienced.The name Hilton was damaged to me.
