The place was ok, but the shower leaked everywhere (even outside of the bathroom). The breakfast restaurant didn’t open on time and the food made both my husband and i ill.

Excellent hôtel with professionnel and very helpful staff.
Very clean and quiet room. Room and bathroom are well appointed and spacious.
The hotel is very well located near excellent stores and restaurants.

Parking at the hotel is valet only! Parking in garage across the street is cheaper
Clean nice rooms, fabulous staff. Will stay here again and I highly recommend it

This place is loud during the weekends, and it should be. I was offered a quieter room if requested, but I didn't come to Austin Texas for a quiet room. Never made it down for breakfast, so can't comment on that. The only thing that could have made my experience better would have been a portable fan in my room, or if the fan in the room could be set to stay on, and also a microwave to heat up my left over meal at 3 in the morning!

One of the best Hilton hotels I have stayed at. Beautiful decor, fun pool area and great location. After a bonus credit was accidentally missed on my application, the manager was prompt and professional in correcting the situation. Can't recommend this place enough.

The staff were nicer to me than they were to my mother. Great service! The rooms are modern and clean. The location is in the city center, which gives easy access to literally everything! The pool and gym are the cherry on top. Great hotel!

This hotel is in a fantastic location. If you decide to drive you will be greeted by a friendly valet. When you walk into the lobby the smell is wonderful! We opted to do the digital check in but were still greeted by very friendly hotel staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern! Although there are a few clubs/bars around there is no street noise! Close to bars and restaurants and easy walking to some of the best places! Highly recommend this hotel for its location but mostly for the staff, both the Hilton and the valet service.

Wonderful hotel. Probably my best experience in Texas so far. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Everything was very clean. The rooms are spacious with lots of natural light and quiet, which is unusual for such a central location. I recommend it to anyone who wants a nice, relaxing stay in the center of town.
