We were told we would be charged a $40 fee for the chihuahua we had with us, plus a $40 refundable deposit. We were actually charged $40 + $80. (Thankfully, the $80 was eventually refunded.) They originally told us both our rooms would be upstairs, but then they put my mom and her dog in a downstairs room that was obviously not normally rented out. There were missing and loose tiles (Mom tripped over them 3 times overnight), not all the lights worked, and the coffeemaker didn't work. Additionally, the staff was not friendly.

The first room I had water penetration in the bathroom. In the middle of the night I got up to use the restroom and stepped in something wet. I only hoped that it was water and not something else. Upon further inspection I noticed that many of the floor tiles were cupped and separated indicating this was an ongoing problem. The next morning I went to manager and he took a look and stared at the problem as if it was the first time he were seeing it. He was very accommodating and offered me a different room, which I took. However, that one had its own concerns; no hot water for shower, and the privacy shade on the front window would not go down all the way.

After I paid they tell me the deluxe room was upstairs and he put us in smoking room that smelled like an ashtray and infested with bedbugs

Parking eas great. Room was cute but eas dirty. Walls had smears of "stuff" but beds and bathroom clean! Ample lighting which i loved!

The whole room look disgusting from the beginning. Normally La Quinta hotels are nice and clean. If I could upload pictures on here I would. Never in my life would I thought I’d find feeling bed bugs. Terrible experience late at night with my kids just to have to run out in the middle of the night. Had to find the next hotel available. Customer service was the worse when I tried telling them about the issue. I guess it happens all the time bc “Gary” seemed pretty calm about it!

Its the worst the staff is rude very disrespectful the manger she is jst as bad as hef employees they get upset when u ask them for help cuz interfere with them sitting on there phone the rooms are completely filthy this place mskes whyndam look real bad all the way around

The room should not have been given out considering its condition. i.e. the window shade was broken, no iron or ironing board, a knob missing off thr closet door, loose/missing slats in the flooring, a hole in the wall where the door had been pushed open. Also the night male staff member was very rude to my daughter. I eill not stay here again or recommend this property. Cannot believe La Quints or Wyndham have their brands associated with it.

When I was visiting San Antonio I had seen a couple of these locations around the city and assume that this was a good establishment in this area, so we went and tried some food their drive-through. The barbecue brisket sandwiches some of the most disgusting food I have ever eaten in my life and isn't even worthy of being called dog food. The portions are ridiculously low in the quality was pathetic. Either I had a really bad time at this particular location or this barbecue restaurant is just nasty. Either way, my next trip to San Antonio will defintely not include a visit to any Bill Miller barbecue restaurants.

We went for breakfast on a Friday morning and there were like 20 people working, it was our first time as we just moved to the area, and out of ALL the people working not one said hi or attempted to help us, they just stared at us trying to make sense of the menu. That felt weird to say the least..... decent food, nothing fancy or special. Brisket was dry (we didn't care for the BBQ sauce, guess you're supposed to drown it in that for flavor??) and the potatoes were not even close to hot. We witnessed a young guy (manager maybe? Not in the same uniform as everyone else) come up behind the line and taste random items...then serve a plate of food to a guest without washing his hands. And multiple dirty tables around us stayed that way the whole time we were there despite all the workers I mentioned before. We might give another location a shot sometime but won't go back to this one.

Excellent friendly environment..... the young people were welled mannered. Faith had a great smile along with service. Very clean and good food!

Worst iHop ever. Took 20 minutes to place an order since the two waiters thought we were in the middle of playing hide and seek with them. Had to get our own silverware from a different table cause our waiter apparently expected us to eat with our fingers. Did not once ask us to see if we were doing ok with our food and totally ignored our drinks. I don’t know whether he was being racist towards us or he forgot about the fact that he lives off tips.

I wish i could give 0 stars. I just came back from there... i went at around 11:30 at night so not that many people and there were 3 waiters. There was a short man with orange hair a guy that had a short beard that was probably 5'7 or 5'8 and a taller skinny guy. When we got there we sat down and no one wanted to take our drink order. We waited 25 mins when i decided to ask for a waiter. We had to wait another 40 mins for our pancakes. There was people that were there before us that never got their food and walked out. There was a time i wanted more tea so i got up to look for them and someone was waiting to pay and they ended up walking out. The guy with a beard didn't give a sh** about the costumers because he ignore us the whole time. The tall guy was apologetic when we paid because after he took our order he despaired. The short guy helped us the most and i dont even think he got to keep our tip?

Really good service at this place during my experience, of course it may vary by the staff but during my visit the staff was courteous, accommodating, and engaging. My order also came out fast.

High prices. Cook needs to be trained on how to do eggs over easy. Hash browns were not cooked properly. Waitress didn't fill my water.
