Service was trash. Guy working there was a menace. The room also smelled terrible.

The room was clean, the air conditioning worked just fine, and the room has a ceiling fan!

Clean, well maintained. Comfy bed and pillows. There is no restaurant or kitchen service that I saw but it is a tiny inn. Staff seems friendly enough. Absolutely no issues. Can walk to the Alamodome. Neighborhood around it seems sketchy but had no issues at all walking at night. If you're up for it can walk to Riverwalk. Don't disregard the little hole in the wall restaurants near the inn.

Room was super clean and functional. Front desk staff were beyond friendly. We just stayed one night for Paul McCartney at the Alamodome, so this was the perfect option for a quick stay.
Really easy walk to the Dome. Parking lot is small but there seemed to be free street parking. But the reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is the location/area was really run down. Lots of police around so never felt unsafe, but would not have wanted to walk further than we did.

Hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The air conditioning in the room worked great! It's within 10-20 minute walking distance of the Alamodome and the San Antonio convention center. The price for the quality of the hotel is also very good! The only thing to be aware of is that the area between the hotel and downtown near the train tracks can be a bit sketchy after sundown, so plan accordingly.

The room was large and clean. I especially enjoyed how quiet it was given how close it was to downtown. It was also safe. There is a secure entrance for those who have checked in, and the parking area is well-lit.

Very comfortable stay.
The check-in was easy and friendly. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The hotel is about 1 mile east of downtown San Antonio. The only thing I would change is towels in washcloth were thin and old. They need to use bleach in the laundry. Otherwise, I would stay there again anytime I’m in San Antonio.

Everything good, just the guy in the front desk looks like we waking up and was in a mood, it was funny anyway....

The room was cute and cozy however the front desk person was kind of rude and off putting. The area surrounding seemed sketchy but my stay was well overall.

Clean, although it is a distance from the riverwalk, the free parking is great!

Family owned and operated. Down to earth vibes ideal for two to twenty. Burgers are big, juicy, and hunger-busting. The owner is friendly and very approachable.

This place is great! I come here mainly because of the taste of the food! If you are ever near downtown and looking for a delicious place to eat, stop by Mark's Outing. Oh, they also have free parking!

I ordered a 1/2 lbs. brisket burger with onion rings. The burger was easily amongst the best I've ever tasted--- maybe even the best. The bun was fresh, warm, and fresh toppings were fresh. the onion rings were fresh and tasty. This place is a WINNER. The service was great too!

Just finished eating there. So full. Highly recommend the mushroom burger! And tator tots and onion rings. Don't miss the side of spicy beans. ? Next time I'm going to get the Heisman with cheese fries. Yes, I've already planned my next trip. It's that good. Enjoy!

The burger was great. The atmosphere was amazing. Everybody knows everyone people laughing and having a great time and the greeter was really friendly. However, it being my first time I was asking the cashier questions and she assumed I wanted these things so was typing them in. I had to tell her I didn't want these things and she seemed to get an attitude about it. I ordered my food at 11:55am and didn't get my food until 12:58pm!!! Talk about wait time.
