It was dirty ! Front des k people not nice at all TV wasn’t working we have to walk to the front desk 5 times to report the tv !
It’s raining we couldn’t go out so we decided to stay and watch tv!
No coffee and they advertised free breakfast but off course it was nothing
We at least expecting coffee!
Finally after 10 pm they said we can move to another room!
And smell so bad , no towels and the bathroom dirty and they were no pillows!
It was a nightmare but we couldn’t leave because it was raining bad! !

The worst hotel ever. No clean rooms. No welcoming staff. The room is very dirty. The maintaining people was doing the maintenance while we arrived! The sink is dirty full of shaved hair!! Very disgusting place. The price is extremely high on such a motel!!

Guest were drying the clothes on the railing. Trash bags in the hallways. Breakfast timings are from 7a.m. Till 9. I went down for breakfast at 8:45. Breakfast are was cleaned. When I asked the front desk, I was told that they serve limited quantity and it is finished. She refused to refills.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. For breakfast there was only the waffle machine that was emptied on the second waffle. No sugar next to the coffee por. No towels were provided. Rented room for two days, but didn’t even had them take out the trash, much the less clean the room. Non smoking supposedly, but sheets had cigarette holes. I would give them zero. Don’t waste your money on this place if you are willing to dry yourself with the left over mat towels.

I have stayed in many Super 8 motels. Most of the time they are good for the price. They are not luxe but most of the owners / operators are trying to make it an ok place. However this one ins dirty to the bone. It wouldn’t take to much work to make it a lot better. But these people have no interest. I could make a list ;from the attention at the reception to the sticky walkways and stairs broken machines etc. You ask yourself who would wat even to work there.

Patrick the employee is very rude!
The worst hotel ever it’s not even an hotel, some rooms next to each other on like an open balcony, as if you’re sleeping on the road! The room was disgusting, the sheets were full of nasty hair and stains, unwashed! The employees were very rude esp Patrick the white man with ponytail and threatened us to call police if we didnt leave since we left the room and asked for a refund! They don’t respect the customers they just care about taking your money!
It was really a nightmare and wasn’t even haloween
