My visit to this hotel is awesome. We came before 3pm and our reservation was ready. Vanessa Andrade is such an awesome amazing person. She took very good care of me and my daughter. She has excellent customer service. I would recommend this hotel.

This was the most friendly place I have stayed at in a long while. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Food is delicious and just the right assortment. It's in close proximity to the necessities and airport and not too far a drive to everywhere else. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

My room was clean and cleaned everyday for 2 weeks. The breakfast is packed unless you get in early. I'd get a made to order omelette and go back to bed. Located close enough to everything and there was a free shuttle to the airport and car rental place.

What a fantastic find! I walked in at 9:00 AM on a Tuesday morning and requested an early check-in, which I was given if I didn't mind a smoking room. Mind? Heck no! I noticed the breakfast area was busy and asked the clerk if I could purchase breakfast this morning (since I assumed the free breakfast was for tomorrow). . He said they didn't accept money and to help myself. Awesome! The food was wonderful..... Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, muffins, toast, fruits, juices.... Yummy! Just got up to the room and it's perfect. Very clean and roomy with lots of drawer and closet space and even a microwave and mini fridge! . I highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Price is reasonable. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Ask for main level room if you don't want to walk upstairs. Close to San Antonio airport with fast service to and from airport and car rental.

Staff was really attentive and helpful, careful not leaving your room key inside if you're going outside after 9pm, you'll get yourself locked out of the hotel.

Great Restaurant over all!
For you bread lovers who think bread is supposed to be given to you every visit and or as a appetizer. It comes with your meal btw.
I just want to share that not every meal comes with bread. Read the menus. Country Dinner’s & Fancy Fixing meals come with 1 biscuit 1 cornbread each. And Traditional Favorites Breakfast comes with two biscuits that you can replace for toast. If your order is pancakes, french toast, a salad, or wholesome fixings meals they don’t come with bread.
You should be charged for biscuits and gravy and if you’re a large party you should be charged for a dozen of bread but these servers you harass for bread don’t charge you most of the time! Read your menus. That’s all thanks.

Took sometime too get our drinks and order.. But the food tastes awesome when you do get it.. seating sometimes takes awhile but usually the are fast too seat ppl. The manager on site was very nice, was helping with orders. When they have the fireplace on it looks so beautiful feels so homey.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner with a friend here. The friendly atmosphere started at the front door and lasted our entire visit.
Kyle was our server, assisted by Kenedy, and they were both incredibly attentive and seem to truly enjoy their work. The manager was also quite visible and personally attentive to all the customers.
Servers like them and proactive managers like theirs will keep me dining at this Cracker Barrel.

The absolute worst experience that we've EVER had at a cracker barrel. We were sat quickly, the server took drink orders, she brought break when we asked & it was burnt and cold. I ordered a salad that I hadn't gotten after 20 minutes. They brought the salad & it didn't have what I asked. I figured the food would come soon, so I sent it back. However the food came another 30 minutes later. The food was cold like they took it outside, sad it on the ground, then brought it to our table. We told the server, her response was "do you want a manager"...not can I take it back to have it remade. Manger came & showed little concern initially. Then when I asked for his boss' contact info, he said he'd take the food back to cook it himself. He did that & it came out smoking hot!!! We were pleased at that point bit it took everything to get to that. Wow.... When we visit San Antonio again we will not go back to this cracker barrel.

Waiter took 10 minutes before even acknowledging us and taking our drink orders. We then ordered waited another 15-20 minutes before he came back telling us there’s another 20-30min wait for mashed potatoes so we choose other sides. Finally got our food. The food itself was good. No complaints there but waiter again brought us no straws like asked , never got any napkins whatsoever had to repeatedly ask for refills. Maybe he was new, but regardless management should’ve made sure he was ready to be on the floor. Seriously disappointing that I will not return to this location whatsoever.

I wished I took pictures of my 16oz boneless ribeye. The food was great, too bad they had already run out of grilled mushrooms skewers (@ 7:00pm). The pail of roasted peanuts were a nice snack, you can just throw the shells onto the floor, and the dinner rolls were piping hot and amazing tasty.

It was OK. Our server brought out so fast by the time our dinner hit the table and we got to it, it was COLD. Not to mention, my husband's chicken was raw. I have pictures. Our server was nowhere to be found....when we asked another server, she just walked away. The food we are was good, until my husband's chicken hemoraged. YUCK!!! I will never be back

Service was terrible today. I normally love the service and great conversation with the staff but today we had a new server. My advice go enjoy they are great if you have a server who knows the menu. Our issues were resolved but it took a while.

Awesome and helpful staff. I enjoyed watching them train in new people. Professially laid back, just as a great food services provider should be. The food, horribly addicting. It was the best chicken fried steak I had in many years. I dare say the best I ever had. The rolls, delightful. The vegetables most impressive. The price reasonable. Will be going there again, wish I had been there sooner.

Friendly, fast and accurate service. They got all orders right and no fuss about using coupon to get a discount. Food was great. Moonshine Chicken is a great deal, large helping with rice and two other sides. I love the broccoli, done just enough, crisp salad, iced tea, all just great for a great price! What's not to like?
