Great hotel! At the end of the river walk but very close to all the restaurants and the Alamo.

The room is clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the sound insulation is slightly poor but does not affect your rest; the location is good, the River walk is very convenient to the scenic spots, I will stay again if I have the opportunity👍

I’ve been enjoying my stay at this hotel. I’m in town for my first work conference and valeted my truck because I had all of our team’s booth materials in it. Dani with the valet team at the hotel has been my savior. She has helped me and been SO helpful from the moment I pulled onto the valet drive. Every time I have to grab something from my truck for our booth, Dani is right there already unlocking my truck for me. She is awesome! The hotel is lucky to have her as an employee. Thanks again Dani!!!

If you like a view I recommend the king corner, if your lucky you get the room facing downtown. We came for a night alone for our anniversary. We had a great stay-cation.

Sorry but this place just closed off all their power outlets. With so many young people with devices, that just not make sense. Please fix!!!

Great Starbucks! Friendly and fun service! If you want a great place to get coffee and also enjoy downtown San Antonio this is the place. I like to come here during the weekends around 11pm-12am, to enjoy the downtown lights and atmosphere.

8 year partner. I explained I had dead shots on top of 12 second shots. There was no care or customer service. Again made my drink with gross shots. Asked for white tea and it tasted as if it was very old tea. Disgusting. I am angered I spent money on drinks that I had to throw away and the partners didn't even care.

It was very warm inside the store during our visit and a tad messy. We visited a little before it was time to close. It took a little longer than expected to get our order but, everything was great and correct. I would definitely return.
