It started out well enough. The check in service was great. Super fast and easy. The valet as well. And the location of the hotel couldn't be better. It really turns sour for me when it came to the room service we never received. I had to go down to the restaurant and ask for our food 30 mins after it was supposed to arrive. When I did finally get it, I asked what happened and was essentially told that one thing led to another and though the food was ready, the delivery person got busy doing other things and forgot about it. I didn't even have to ask for my money back, they automatically did it. I didn’t learn this, however, until I looked at my bill after leaving and saw the food credit.

The room was on the top floor, and the air conditioner was ringing all night and could not be adjusted. The location was good, the breakfast buffet was very rich, with snacks, fruits, and smoked salmon, and the breakfast service was very good.

Awesome Vacation used our car only once to go to a military base. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Had a great time. Tony Trevino is very friendly and helpful. Thank you. Also the valet is great at getting these cars in and out. We enjoyed your stay. ❤

Overall it was clean and the room was spacious, so it was great.
I arrived at the hotel early and just wanted to leave my luggage there, but I was grateful that I was allowed to check in.
The only problems were that the elevators never came, and even when they did come on the lower floors they were full and I couldn't get on, and there was a line of people waiting for the elevator from below.
The hotel is directly connected to the Riverwalk and is close to the Alamo Mission, so it was very convenient.
Parking is expensive, so I recommend parking in a cheaper spot nearby.

Wow! Can't wait to go back again! Booked this resort for a fantastic price at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I love this resort and am so grateful to have stayed at my favorite hotel for so much less than I would normally spend. Great hotel! Everything about this hotel was perfect from start to finish. The staff are friendly, the hotel is beautiful and in a great location, the rooms are very clean, quiet, well appointed, comfortable beds, great water pressure. The rooftop pool was clean and warm. I highly recommend staying here!

We got there on a Saturday night at 9pm and were seated right away. Second level seating was nice and even though it was cold outside the heaters made for a warm experience. The waitress was very helpful with the order and made it so we didn't even have to look at the menu. Food was delicious and quick. Great atmosphere and inclusive with the riverwalk. We enjoyed it and will return.

I can't believe this place have so many bad reviews. Place was super busy but our food came out fast and server handle everything so good. Appetizer was large size and my steak was perfect. Drinks was amazing, strawberry mojito highly recommended.

November 2017 - Beautiful night on the river walk. We found this place because we wanted a reasonably priced steak, sit outside, and be away from the rest river walk ground level people. They had great outdoor seating, but it can be a bit tight in between the table. On our party of 4, there was a mess up with one of our drinks, and 3 mistakes on our food order, all of which they recognized and adjusted the bill for. Limited draft beer selection, but had an extensive bar menu. The drinks I felt were over priced (but it is the riverwalk), but the food was a great price (for a steak on the river walk).
I am torn between recommending this place...I feel like there are much better places to eat on the river walk, but your probably wont be able to find as fair of a price as the steaks there.

Our family was in town visiting and tried this place. Oct 2017 and it was amazing. I had meat loaf which was fabulous. The green beans were so good I finished them first. One of us had steak and the other chicken and sausage plate. Omg, it was so good! Then we ate pecan pie and peach cobbler. Both were amazing. Service was good too. We will go back for sure.

We took a Sefway tour earlier in the day and our guide told us about their 4.99 all you can eat daily lunch special. Today (Monday) is Chicken Fingers so we ordered then. They came with mashed potatoes, green beans and gravy or your favorite sauce. The whole meal was delicious. Server downplayed the special when we asked, and didn't act all that interested in serving out to us, but ended up servicing us really well. Will definitely go back.

Our server scarlet was great, but the nachos we're soggy and the four of us only had 2 chips with poorly cooked hamburger meat for almost $12! Not happy. Too expensive for fast food quality.

Came here for a beer on a Saturday night. The place was bumping and everyone was dancing to the Latin music. It was only $5.50 for a beer! Since I wanted something quieter, I took my beer outside to their tables on the River Walk. Didn't order any food, but if you're looking for a drink, look no further than the Republic of Texas.

THE GOOD: The food and the decor were awesome.
THE BAD: After we were seated, it took approximately 10 minutes for a server to come to our table to introduce themself & bring us water, and that was ONLY after my husband spoke with the hostess. We requested to be seated inside where it was cooler. The music was so loud, we couldn't carry on a conversation with the person across the table. We asked 3 times & called the restaurant (from our table) TWICE before the music was turned off. For the icing on the cake: our server was pathetic. We saw her (maybe) 3 times throughout the meal & she and several other wait staff had to be asked to bring us utensils or fresh food.
Maybe the service is better on the weekend.

Great location. Wonderful staff and great food. Went with my wife and we sat outside to enjoy the nice breeze. We were greeted by Al who is exceptionally nice and answered all our questions on the menu. We got our drinks quickly followed by our appetizer and entrees and never had a empty water or drink. The staff was always happy to help!

Great Starbucks! Friendly and fun service! If you want a great place to get coffee and also enjoy downtown San Antonio this is the place. I like to come here during the weekends around 11pm-12am, to enjoy the downtown lights and atmosphere.

8 year partner. I explained I had dead shots on top of 12 second shots. There was no care or customer service. Again made my drink with gross shots. Asked for white tea and it tasted as if it was very old tea. Disgusting. I am angered I spent money on drinks that I had to throw away and the partners didn't even care.

It was very warm inside the store during our visit and a tad messy. We visited a little before it was time to close. It took a little longer than expected to get our order but, everything was great and correct. I would definitely return.
