The hotel was very clean and conveniently located close to the convention center. The downstairs restaurant served an excellent breakfast, and the hotel's location was superb for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.
The hotel was pretty good, except for the first night when they didn't have a room available. Also, after the first day when I received two bottles of water, I didn't get any more for the remaining three days and had to buy my own. I actually made those two bottles last for four nights – I guess I don't drink much water!
Stayed here for my trip to Washington. It's pretty close to Chinatown. The hotel environment is great, and it offers good value for money. The room was cleaned daily. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to the main attractions.
Pretty new hotel. Good service clean room. Location is pretty good as well. Parking is expensive
Spacious and ideally located near Chinatown, all for a great price!
They didn’t clear out the trash when I first check in. I enjoyed using their gym. Location is good, but there’s still a little of walk. I guess the location is a little bit awkward to get to like Logan Square or the other square. Generally, it was a good experience.

Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. The parking lot is a bit sketchy though.
The room was clean, and the location was superb – right by the Aerospace Museum and very convenient for the airport. It was also incredibly easy to find. Highly satisfied.
The hotel is dated with some renovation needed. The room was decent and for location convenient reason is the only reason that I stay in it.
This is a pretty good hotel. It's extremely close to the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, just a few minutes' walk away. The only downside is that dining options in the immediate vicinity are very limited, with just a Starbucks (which is fine for breakfast) and a McDonald's right next door.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite the U.S. Department of Education. It's just a 5-minute walk to the National Air and Space Museum, 3 minutes to the National Museum of the American Indian, 8 minutes to Capitol Hill, and 10 minutes to the National Museum of Natural History. The parking fee is a bit steep, at $59/day for unlimited in-and-out access to the underground garage. Breakfast...
The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring museums and Capitol Hill.

The location is super convenient—just a five-minute walk from the main station. My room was clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, which made check-in smooth and easy.
The hotel is in a good location, with lots of nice restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and all the staff were friendly.
The only complaint was that they couldn’t provide a king-size bed for us, even though we paid and booked online. They explained that they had run out of king-bed rooms, so they gave us a room with twin beds instead, along with some breakfast vouchers to make up for...
Nice hotel, good location, helpful staff.
Overall, a stylish and comfortable hotel in a great location. However, the bathroom design could be improved — the door was hard to open, water easily leaked out during showers, and the transparent curtain made it feel less private. Still, the staff were friendly and the room was clean and modern.
The location and service at this hotel is really wonderful. The location is close to the white house and the national mall so most things are within walking distance. Also, the service is really excellent, the best I've had in a long time since the staff anticipates your needs. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient onsite marketplace with good breakfast options. Complimentary tour of Arlington Cemetery is an excellent bonus.

2nd time we have stayed at Pentegon City Ritz. We have been fortunate enough to stay at many great hotels, but none can compete with this hotel. The service is so far beyond anywhere else, from the second you check in, they refer to you by name, the property is immaculate and very high end, room was great. As for location, its not too far from DC landmarks, and right next door to the Pentagon...
This was one of the best Ritz Carlton‘s that I have been at. Mainly, the staff is absolutely wonderful and so helpful. We were in town for the Marines marathon so we had four amazing nights staying at this hotel. The restaurant Sante is fantastic. The hostess was so friendly and when I returned, she remembered my name! The housekeeping is top-notch and very respectful the front desk staff welcome desk...
The hotel is great, after all, it's the Ritz! The location is also very convenient, with a subway station right outside, shopping malls, restaurants, and bars next door, and taxis are easy to get around. It's very close to Reagan Airport, and a little further from Dulles Airport, but not too far either; a taxi ride would cost a few tens of dollars…
The rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby entrance is a bit small. Transportation is extremely convenient; the Pentagon City subway station is right outside the lobby, and it's only four stops to Washington, D.C. The Pentagon shopping district is nearby.
I am very satisfied with the hotel facilities and cleanliness.
Although the hotel is a bit old, it still guarantees the quality of a four-star hotel. The location of the hotel is also quite convenient for dining and shopping.

Great location! The hotel is super close to Chinatown and the metro, so it's easy to commute.
The staff were also very helpful
Great location in Chinatown, very close to the subway station, and surrounded by many affordable restaurants. The room was perfectly clean, no issues at all.
the hotel is at the opposite of Metro, easy to find. the receptionists were friendly.
The location is absolutely fantastic, though you do sacrifice a bit of room space. It has a very 'Japanese hotel' feel – compact, yet perfectly equipped with everything you need. I think it offers great value for money for travelers.
The room was definitely very small, but beautifully designed. If you book for a weekend, be mindful that it gets very noisy outside, continuing late into the night. While the hotel advertises dry cleaning services, they actually don't have an on-site dry cleaning facility.
The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move around. There wasn't even room for our luggage.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, the romm was clean and accessible. Highly reccomended.
Excellent location the hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I loved it.
a 7 walk from nearest metro, a bit far especially with luggage. there is bus stop just outside the door but not frequent.
the room was huge. there is coffee machine in the room which is great. some more a kettle which is rare!
but the building is a bit complicated as they gave me one in the north tower which requires walking cross a basement carpark from the front desk to reach my lift lobby.
Excellent location and clean, large rooms.

The room amenities are excellent, and more importantly, for the DC area, this hotel offers great value for money. The surrounding area is also very safe, and it's not too far from public transportation stops, including supermarkets – mostly within walking distance. The room is small, with bunk beds, and the hotel is averagely clean! There is a bar on the top floor. If you live on a high floor, you can hear the noise from the bar upstairs!
The room is too small, even they can't put a table. If you have a big luggage, then your life will be squezzed. TV was in the wall but with totally strange position you can't watch properly due to lack of distance. Hot water pot was centrally provided in the lobby level, but most of the time was empty that you have to beg to front office for refill; there is no kettle in room. Bed mattress is like...
Very good, early check-in, the lobby bar is very lively at night, very Moxy, there is also a gym, it feels great to work out with the view of snow, but the quilt is too thin and I would wake up from the cold.
Top welcome

Fantastic experience, the staff's excellent service makes me want to stay here again!
The hotel's location is good, and the room is spacious with a good-sized bathroom. The buffet food is good and convenient for breakfast.
It was very spacious and perfect for a family of 4. Nice location. The breakfast had a great spread, just kind of bland. The staff working the breakfast were the most attentive and helpful people I have met at any hotel. They helped find a table, picked up our plates, refilled things. It was amazing for a free hotel breakfast. I wish they had parking without a valet, but I understand the limitations
Great place to stay if you are in town for a couple of days. Breakfast was good and the fears about it being overcrowded were overplayed. Rooms clean and as expected. Reception area comfy and popular. Gym not bad. Location great.
This was one of the best stays I've had at a Hyatt with a family with 2 young children under 10. We booked 5 nights in a 2-queen bed room.

I stayed for a 1 night layover at DCA so appreciated the convenient shuttle service. The hotel staff, front desk and Bistro, were great. The room was large and clean. I'd definitely stay here again.
Staff in this hotel is usually terrible about operating. They almost always make mistakes (send two different booking to one room happened twice) inattentive and some of them can be rude. There are exceptions but 90% of the staff is the same. I am guessing is the corporate culture in this specific location. You need to pay for parking.
Everything was 10/10. Great stay! No complaints at all except how much the daily parking is, that itself is insane.
Clean rooms..polite staff.. environment was very relaxing and will come again
Didnt like that you had to pay $49 a pay for parking. Not sure if that was included when we were looking for hotels
I stayed at this hotel for a short time, but I really enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Clean, bright, spacious rooms. Friendly staff, unbeatable location steps from the metro and a 5 min walk from Walgreens, WaWa, or target. Pricey drinks and menu though so take advantage of the location and get out!
Great hotel with an excellent M Lounge and restaurant. Valet service is 50/50, the valet notification system is not consistent and may cause delays in having your vehicle ready. For $65 dollars a night, I would expect little to no delays and a valet request system that works.
My wife and I stayed here for the Christmas holiday in 2025. A female staff at the club lounge (M Lounge), named Kimberli, was very kind to us. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last ten years. There service is phenomenal! From the doorman, front desk, and room service cleaners, this hotel staff always works hard to make this a great stay. With the Metro Center stop on the same block, this is a great location for a family or someone on business that needs to walk/metro to and from major sights and frequently visited POI.
Alcohol is not included in the lounge service; it is available at an additional cost.

Room is typical of Courtyard. Located right beside the Subway Station. Room faces the subway tracks and Amtrak tracks. If you like trains, this is the hotel to stay at.
Great location - same building as the metro station is and within 10 minute ride to DC Centre. Clean hotel. No frills. Smaller rooms only due to a large couch in the room which can be moved. Lots of eateries in the neighborhood and across the hotel including Trader Joes and 7 eleven. Also a restaurant and a bar in the hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located near to the subway station, also near to the Union Market and various different shops
It's well located, especially with the metro right next door. There's a shopping area very close by and a 24-hour supermarket right outside. The staff is very attentive. The room is very spacious and well-equipped! I recommend it for its value.
The hotel is located behind Union Station, next to a relatively new residential area. Although it's called the Capitol Hotel, it's actually about a half-hour walk from the Capitol. The room window overlooks the station tracks, but thankfully the soundproofing is good, so you can't hear the trains passing by. The room is large and comfortable. It has a refrigerator and microwave, which solves many problems...

Good. Location is bit far for walking distance to white house and other central attractions. But love the space of the room and staff behavior. Deff. come back again.
The hotel itself is actually pretty good. The room was clean and spacious, even though breakfast wasn't included. The location is excellent though, very close to the subway exit. However, there was a small incident: we were charged $22 after checking out, and we're still waiting for the hotel's response. Hopefully, we'll get a reasonable explanation.

The bed and couch were comfortable, and nobody used the couch as its expanded bed option, though so unsure of that comfort level. Staff were all friendly and willing to help if necessary.

Stayed here for my first solo trip! Staff was great, easily extended my stay for a night and OJ at the front desk is actually so nice and remembered my name! Always felt so safe and taken care of. Room was sooooo comfy. Microwave and mini fridge in the room! Had the salmon from the restaurant and loved it. Will be staying here in the future when I’m back in DC.
So we booked via a third party portal and due to delays in flight we got there later than expected. Reception was very courteous and welcoming. The booking we had said breakfast was I vludee this was found to not be the case on site. But no one says that, you're left to find this out after the fact with the explanation being that the policy was changed in June/July.
Moving on, the hotel is clean,...
The location. Polite friendly staff especially OJ,Dennis,Victoria and Darseaux.

The Cambria Hotel Convention Center is an excellent choice if you're looking for a clean, comfortable and reasonably-priced hotel. The location is great, but the service was just average, unlike the Hyatt Place. Regarding parking, the website stated $50 USD per day, but upon arrival, the counter staff informed us it was $70 USD per day, which is more expensive. No water in room. Says they are pet friendly but didn’t have a water bowl for room- front desk pointed to the community water bowl in entrance. Water kept coming out hot in sink faucet - had to brush teeth with hot water
The room didn't have a bathtub.
The room was big and seemed clean.
I wish they'd give us more stuff. There wasn't even a bottle of water (wonder if that's how it is everywhere in the US?)
The lights were kinda dim at night, and it could use some more.
The breakfast was yummy!
I love that there were convenient stores like Walgreens and CVS very close by, and they're open until 11 pm.

Besides no refrigerator, and kettle everything is good. Water machine in corridors and it’s okay. Bed sheeting was so nice and slept so good. Super convenient as the metro is next door, just few stations to the airport.
Very nice hotel, the room is small but clean and warm.
There is a subway station downstairs of the hotel, 3 minutes walk to the White House, 10 minutes walk to the National Mall, there are many museums and memorials near the National Mall. You can travel on foot.
The room is small but has everything you need. The use of an environmentally friendly kettle is great. Free coffee and hot drinks are provided 24 hours a day, and WiFi is available. Erick at ftonl dest is kind and enthusiastic. This time I stayed in an executive suite for NT$8,200. Although I didn’t sleep well due to time and meeting pressure, I still feel very lucky and it’s great!
