Service: I requested a blanket and a kettle, and while the items were eventually delivered, it took nearly an hour, which felt a bit slow for a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast: One of the highlights of my stay

Value: The hotel leans on the pricier side, especially when factoring in the additional costs for services. The service was decent, but it didn’t quite match the premium pricing

The breakfast was varied and flavorful, with plenty of choices to satisfy different tastes. Definitely worth trying if you enjoy a hearty start to your day

The hotel in downtown Washington is very convenient. There is an Apple store next to it. You can walk or take a taxi to the White House Obelisk in the United States. There is a bar on the first floor of the hotel

I stayed at the Marriott Marquis Washington for four nights and found it to be a traditional, full-service hotel offering a fairly standard experience

This is hands down my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Washington, DC. Its proximity to the trains, landmarks, and businesses cannot be matched. The renovated health center is a nice touch

Hotel's location is good, near metro station, shopping center, Chinatown. Breakfast is just okay.

The hotel's location is great; it was very convenient for my nearby conference, and it's not far from the memorial parks. The area between the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial is perfect for a run

The room was spacious and the location was good, so I was quite satisfied. The only thing is the high taxes, which need to be paid separately upon arrival.

We rented bikes for a day, which made getting around much easier and saved our legs!

Overall experience in Hilton Capital was Perfect. A little inconvenience was we are travelling with the 1yo and that no kettle and the drinking water bottle is only collectible from Front Desk.

The location is excellent, just a 6-7 minute walk from the White House. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. Breakfast was also quite good.

Room was clean and the bed was super comfy. The restaurant downstairs had good food and atmosphere. Gym was decent with some newer machines and some weights. In a good part of DC.

It's just a 5-minute walk to the National Air and Space Museum, 3 minutes to the National Museum of the American Indian, 8 minutes to Capitol Hill, and 10 minutes to the National Museum of Natural History

The room was clean, and the location was superb – right by the Aerospace Museum and very convenient for the airport. It was also incredibly easy to find. Highly satisfied.

The only downside is that dining options in the immediate vicinity are very limited, with just a Starbucks (which is fine for breakfast) and a McDonald's right next door

A very convenient hotel located in the heart of tourist attractions (the national mall). We can go to the museum just across the road. The breakfast is fairly ok.

The parking fee is a bit steep, at $59/day for unlimited in-and-out access to the underground garage. Breakfast was standard but still quite good

The Fairmont is clustered with other nice hotels in DC’s “West End” neighborhood. The rooms are nicely appointed. The food is good and there are also great dining options nearby. Georgetown is three blocks away

This is a beautiful hotel, centrally located. You may use their valet parking for overnight, but i thought it was a bit expensive (almost $60 per night), so i found a parking garage for $35 for 24 hrs, 3 blocks away

These guys manage to keep their cool and still give stellar customer service with a smile. I just wish that every hotel guests would treat all hotel staff with the respect and compassion that they deserve

The Silver Line subway to Dulles Airport is also very convenient; it's about a 15-minute ride from the hotel

A property of this caliber should offer consistent professionalism and respect to all guests. You never know who you are serving, and it was clear he recognized his mistake within a few hours and his attitude shifted

While that alone would not have impacted my rating, my interaction with the afternoon receptionist on 1/13/26 ultimately did. After a full day of travel, the receptionist was noticeably curt upon our arrival

Beautiful hotel! Love the renovations. Booked because I wanted to use the pool and it was closed for renovations. It was supposed to open the next day but then no one knew if it was still closed or not

We had a great stay at Dupont Circle Hotel. Check in was a breeze, our room was very comfortable, very nice treats when we arrived in the room, and we much appreciated the black out blinds in the room
