Hotel's location is good, near metro station, shopping center, Chinatown. Breakfast is just okay.

The hotel's location is great; it was very convenient for my nearby conference, and it's not far from the memorial parks. The area between the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial is perfect for a run. Washington D.C. feels quite safe, so I didn't worry about getting around.

My husband and I take a trip together every year, and this year it was near New York. The hotel's location was excellent, not far from any of the attractions. We rented bikes for a day, which made getting around much easier and saved our legs!

The room was spacious and the location was good, so I was quite satisfied. The only thing is the high taxes, which need to be paid separately upon arrival.

It's an older hotel, and the facilities are just so-so. The service is good and the staff are very enthusiastic. But the soundproofing is really bad, it's outrageous. You can hear people talking in the corridor

My wife and I recently visited DC for the first time to celebrate our anniversary, and Logan went above and beyond to make it special. We had a nice stay but our expectations were a bit higher based on other Fairmont properties we have stay at. We expected a fabulous Christmas decor experience like the Seattle location but here was subpar. The rooms feel dated and overall I think the hotel could use a bit more glamour for the price you pay.

This hotel is beautiful. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. The service, the location and all the accommodations are top notch. Only one downside, my room was very cold and I could not increase the temperature on the self controlled thermostat.

Poor experience.  Our reservation was cancelled according to concierge upon our arrival, took two hours for baggage to arrive to the room. Food was so delayed at restaurant, as a nursing mother I needed a refrigerator and it took 1.5 days to receive one. Very disappointing experience.

The service is average. The shower items are not updated in time. It is very close to the Tidal Basin. It is the best choice for viewing cherry blossoms. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the hotel. You can see the Jefferson Memorial in the room

The room was nice, but there was no coffee machine. Breakfast is more expensive, but feels relatively ordinary. Not worth it. The location is good, close to the pier, and there is a path leading directly to the pier.

The location is also very convenient, with a subway station right outside, shopping malls, restaurants, and bars next door, and taxis are easy to get around. The rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby entrance is a bit small. Transportation is extremely convenient; the Pentagon City subway station is right outside the lobby, and it's only four stops to Washington, D.C. The Pentagon shopping district is nearby.

Our first trip here and we were not disappointed! The staff were absolutely lovely! Room was good size, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked very well. They accommodated my room request without issue. Downside was no pool and the restaurant on site was pricey and menu limited. Valet parking was great!

We had a great stay at Dupont Circle Hotel. Check in was a breeze, our room was very comfortable, very nice treats when we arrived in the room, and we much appreciated the black out blinds in the room. Moe and Sullay helped me with several plumbing issues with a same-day service request and were able to help me get everything sorted in about a half hour. Most hotels in the United States are extremely simple. This hotel is a real surprise. The price is not expensive, the service is good, and the hotel restaurant and coffee shop are far beyond expectations. Except for New York and Miami, it is too difficult to find a good hotel in other cities.

This hotel is quite good. Many government officials stay here when they are on business trips. The location is less than 5 minutes walk to the White House. The Treasury Department is across from the hotel. It is also only 5 minutes walk to popular restaurants in DC. The room is large and well lit with many windows.

The cleaning service was not timely and I had to call the room service to do it. The cleaning staff did not provide water glasses in time.

We went for drinks overlooking the White House. Although it was cold out, they had the rooftop bar covered and warmed up with heat lamps. The wine was affordable and the bartender remember our drink orders which was nice. I'd definitely come back, especially with guests from out of town.

I stayed 4 nights at the W Washington hotel and was pleased with the staff, hospitality, and amenities. The refreshments and apples are a nice touch, and the staff works hard to make sure each guest is happy and feels important. A wonderful, chic hotel with work with great staff. However, I stayed in the winter, and the outdoor bar was in a tent that was not fully heated, and the indoor bar was closer to a nightclub. The drinks were amazing, and the waitstaff allowed me to sit at a table as a hotel guest, but if you want a more quiet place to have a drink and a meal, you may want to look outside the hotel.

It was good. Better than after covid when the rooms weren't too clean. I still think the shower area hasn't aged well and looks dirty. There should be a bit more recognition of the guests staying there. I was a bit insulted when my server was pressing me for my room number when my son said I was staying there. Truly amazing hotel—I don't usually write reviews, but I really wanted to give 5 stars to the DC Park Hyatt. The rooms are very nice. The bed is super comfy. I absolutely love the bathroom; it has the best shower and shampoo I've ever found in a hotel. The staff is also incredibly friendly. The hotel leaves mixed feelings. It’s a very atmospheric place — the building used to be a bank — with tasty breakfasts and friendly staff. However, I cannot recommend it.
