Location is good, pretty close to the airport. No airport shuttle service though. Front desk people are nice and friendly. Love the neighborhood around the hotel. Many good restaurants within walking distance

The gym is spacious and well equipped; although some of the equipment is a bit outdated, it still works well and gets the job done. Overall, a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again

This is simply not acceptable and doesn't correspond the Hilton standards. Also the room service is a Fastfood delivery in plastic bags and paper boxes. Again, I haven't seen such a thing in any other Hilton

As a Hilton Honors member I trust the Hilton Quality standards worldwide and never had so far a disappointing experience until now. The Washington Hilton is well located and the overall facility is nice

But the level of cleanness on the floors is below average, and for the very first time I see the housekeeping just putting fresh towels in the room and a plastic bag with coffee supplies, without doing literally anything

how do you eat on a budget at this spot in town, with no time to spare, at 11pm? Well, the room service is quick and unbelievably cheap for the area ($14 pasta and meatball marinara delivered to your room, plus $5 delivery charge for the whole order)

Huge conference venue, awesome service and support by hotel staff. Executive lounge offers yummy snacks and breakfasts. Flora and her team go out of their way to greet you and make you feel comfortable

Gorgeous gardens!!! Always love this hotel. Its the second convention I have done and stayed in for. The breakfast is amazing, just the best I have ever had at a hotel

They couldn't get it open and ended up having to break it to get us back in the room. It took a little while for the guy to get there, but after he did he was fairly quick about getting the situation taken care of

There is a sauna, which is great, but one of the highest perks is the vintage decor throughout many wings of the place and the overall fantastic job at decorating and apportioning rooms

Sometimes the stairwells are wet though, because they have the ice machines right in front of the stairwell entrance, so water gets tracked in and it can be slippery

This included the front desk staff as well as house keeping and other employees I interacted with during my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet and subsequently my sleep was very good

I booked this room at the last minute because my flight was delayed. The room was decent, and the breakfast was average. They offered a shuttle service to Reagan Airport.

And - it had direct access from the lobby to an underground tunnel where you'll find a network of stores and restaurants, as well the metro! It was so easy to visit any of the attractions in DC using the metro just downstairs

The room is indeed a bit older, but it still maintains a certain standard. The waiters are excellent and the location is great. The subway is just downstairs.

Room was clean and the bed was super comfy. The restaurant downstairs had good food and atmosphere. Gym was decent with some newer machines and some weights. In a good part of DC.

However, our experience with the breakfast restaurant was very disappointing. Even though we had prepaid for breakfast as part of our booking, the restaurant staff pressured us daily to leave a tip

Nice refurbish of the interior. Outstanding gym especially for a hotel including a rower. Also appreciated the M Club and space with good coffee and water accessible 24 hours. Rooms were standard but clean

It's just a 5-minute walk to the National Air and Space Museum, 3 minutes to the National Museum of the American Indian, 8 minutes to Capitol Hill, and 10 minutes to the National Museum of Natural History

The room was clean, and the location was superb – right by the Aerospace Museum and very convenient for the airport. It was also incredibly easy to find. Highly satisfied.

The only downside is that dining options in the immediate vicinity are very limited, with just a Starbucks (which is fine for breakfast) and a McDonald's right next door

A very convenient hotel located in the heart of tourist attractions (the national mall). We can go to the museum just across the road. The breakfast is fairly ok.

The parking fee is a bit steep, at $59/day for unlimited in-and-out access to the underground garage. Breakfast was standard but still quite good

The Fairmont is clustered with other nice hotels in DC’s “West End” neighborhood. The rooms are nicely appointed. The food is good and there are also great dining options nearby. Georgetown is three blocks away

We took a suite for a week during the holidays. Other hotels may be nearly as nice, but we seriously doubt they can match the Fairmont for warmth and graciousness of service

The room was nice, but there was no coffee machine. Breakfast is more expensive, but feels relatively ordinary. Not worth it. The location is good, close to the pier, and there is a path leading directly to the pier.

The bed is adjustable, which is great for watching TV comfortably. The location is excellent, very close to Capitol Hill and within walking distance. It's also super close to the train station

The hotel's location is fantastic, within 10 minutes of both Union Station and the Capitol Building, and the surrounding area feels safe and quiet

You can self-check-in and get your room key at the hotel. When you leave, you can also self-checkout, which is very convenient

The facilities are very new, the room is spacious, and it has a really high-tech feel

There was also nowhere to get coffee/breakfast near by other than the hotel. Front desk also sent us to the wrong room at first which caused us to go back downstairs

This was one of the best Ritz Carlton‘s that I have been at. Mainly, the staff is absolutely wonderful and so helpful. We were in town for the Marines marathon so we had four amazing nights staying at this hotel

The restaurant Sante is fantastic

They dormant and Valet always had a smile and welcomed us when we return. Of course the bed is extremely comfortable as all Ritz Carlton hotels are, but the staff truly are the gem of the operation

Beautiful hotel! Love the renovations. Booked because I wanted to use the pool and it was closed for renovations. It was supposed to open the next day but then no one knew if it was still closed or not

Room is typical of Courtyard. Located right beside the Subway Station. Room faces the subway tracks and Amtrak tracks. If you like trains, this is the hotel to stay at.
