Good place for family. Close to everything. Good advices for excursions at Uzbek prices. Great breakfast especially when Nigina cooks a cake.

Right in the center. Quiet, safe, the room has everything you need. The family who owns the hotel is very welcoming and hospitable. I'd love to come back!

- the bathroom was cool at the morning. because it's winter right now.

+ the location is next to a Pochchaqul hoji. it's a center of the Buxoro city breakfast was delicious the room was clean everything was fine. wifi was poor once but that were the problems of inet-provider- the bathroom was cool at the morning. because it's winter right now.

I stayed at the guesthouse for over a month. It felt like home. Very nice people. I definitely recommend it!

The hosts are welcoming, the rooms are excellent – European-style renovations, everything you need: TV, air conditioning, bathroom (equipped), impeccable cleanliness! The breakfasts are superb, I arranged lunch and dinner separately. Delicious – a new dish every time, huge portions, reasonable prices, and we can discuss any aspect of your stay and accommodation.
I highly recommend it to everyone! Five minutes from the main attractions.

The location is excellent, close to everything. The rooms are excellent, everything is in perfect condition. The breakfasts are excellent, home-cooked. The hosts are wonderful, responsive, and friendly, always ready to help with anything.
