Really wonderful stay. Hosts are super kind and accommodating. Large room and comfy bed. Great location near to the old town. Great wifi. Best part: the amazing breakfast!

The property is spotless. The breakfast is plentiful and very good. The owners are sweet and kind. I recommend it.

A cozy family hotel with 4-5 rooms is run by a very friendly couple. They speak excellent Russian. They will tell you where to go, how best to get to the right place, etc., etc.

A pleasant hostess who speaks excellent Russian. The guesthouse is located close to both the old and new towns. Modest but cozy rooms, homemade breakfast, late check-in (24 hours).

An excellent guesthouse with a wonderful, welcoming Bukharan atmosphere!
What I liked: The location is great – a 5-minute walk from Lyabi Hovuz, which is right in the center. The breakfasts are delicious and homemade. The rooms are nice, and it's clear everything was done with love. The plumbing works well, and there's hot water. The hosts, an older Uzbek couple, are sociable, friendly, and pleasant – I could ask for advice, learn about local life, and just chat. I felt more like I was visiting than at a hotel! I left early in the morning, before breakfast, but the hostess made me some sandwiches for the road. It was nice to have someone take care of me.
What I didn't like: The beds in the rooms were a little short for my height of 185 cm – I later started putting the mattress on the floor at night for comfort. The hostess, without asking me, used the leftover shashlik I'd left in her fridge one evening and was planning to take with me the next morning. This left me feeling a bit uneasy, as my belongings are a sensitive issue for me.
Otherwise, everything was great, a 10+. I highly recommend this guesthouse in Bukhara!
