A truly perfect trip! 🧳 The hotel's location next to the Afanti statue makes walking to the old town very convenient. The hotel service was particularly commendable; the hospitality was excellent, and the breakfast was very plentiful. The breakfast in the old town itself is just average, so I highly recommend eating at the hotel.

Very unique culture immersive experience. Starting from location what is in a heart of the old town right by the art center. There is a concert every night at the plaza right outside what is absolutely free to visit and for about $25 there is a seat with ample dining option included. Walkable to all points of interest. Synagogue around the corner.

Very bad bed, too hard, bad cussions, I slept merely 3 hours in the night, having pains in my neck and lower back. And, badly smelling bathroom without ventilation. Tries to look luxuriously, but is not. There is no lift, just a lot of stairs = unsuitable for disabled people (me)!! This hotel was chosen for our group by the travel agency. I would take another one. Maybe less opulent, but more comfortable

Staff were very welcoming and friendly (in particular Azibek). Rooms were spacious although bathrooms could do with updating.

At the reception everyone was very nice they had our rooms ready we were a group of 10. They handed or rooms immediately on arrival and all the paperwork was done later. Rooms are elegantly done Toilets were very clean. Would recommend this place as it is right in the center of the city. Evening the neighborhood is bustling with activity and great restaurants in walking distance.

Very beautiful rooms and lobby, unique architecture and wonderful atmosphere. Food is great, we had breakfast there. Only the entrance to the hotel is a bit unwelcoming. Presumably the location of the hotel makes it hard to go. Overall it is a wonderful experience staying there.

Hotel staff welcomed us at arrival. The man at reception Mr. Rustom, guided us everything about Bukhara. He provided us very nice breakfast. They agreed for holding our luggage beyond checkout time and we felt at home here.

Great hostel in the heart of Bukhara! It's close to all the main attractions, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure guests felt at home. I also had the chance to meet some wonderful friends here, which made my stay even more special. The Hostel has a good location and the receptionists are very kind and helpful. The rooms were nice, just the mattresses are really hard and also there is a camera in the room, they should warn you about that when they show you the room so you don’t change the clothes on the room. Al Bukhari is conveniently located near most of the attractions in Bukhara. It is a family owned place, and in-spite the language barrier, they ensured we had a comfortable stay. Unlimited drinking water is provided. The room is quite spacious, however we would have liked a double bed. The toilet was clean, and we got nice towels and toiletries. Stayed here as a part of Uzbekistan trip through global connect tours. Advantage of this hotel is it is on the main road hence motorable , yet closed to all the historic sites and restaurants. The farthest site ark fortress is 1.5 kms by walk and 30 mins . Breakfast was very basic. Hotel appeared new built in may 2025

No curtain on the door.. also noisy because of the patio until late evening but rooms are clean and there is a good choice of good for breakfast. I guess some improvements are needed for this new hotel: insolation and curtains at least!

My wife and I stayed here for two days on a tourist visit to the city. Very nice room (ground floor) with all comforts. The hotel is very quiet. The pillow was too thick, and I requested another one. It's a wonderful place if you like peace and quiet. The owners are lovely, friendly, and provide excellent service. Hello, this is a wonderful family hotel. I really liked it because history and modernity have achieved a common harmony here. Although I only stayed there for 2 days, I felt like a real king during these 2 days. And as I said, the breakfast was very delicious.

Hidden pearl It's family running hotel. The area is very central, 7-10 walking distance from the old Bukhara center. We like home made breakfast and hospitality of the hotel's owner.

The mother showed me all the hand embroidery and the father sitting at the lobby made me chuckle, he always quickly stands up when a guest arrives out of respect. Everything was as expected. The room was confortable and quiet big. AC worked perfectly in that 40 degree. It was a wonderful hotel with a very stylish interior. The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of food and was delicious. I'm sure the hotel room walls were designed to resemble Bukhara, but the one thing that bothered me was the white powder that would stain clothes and other items when they touched the walls.

This isn't a hotel, it's incredible! It's located right in Bukhara's old town! I've never seen a hotel with such authenticity, yet it's all combined with comfort and service! Great location, comfortable room. Only piece of feedback - install some proper curtains as otherwise there's very little privacy in the room.

The staff were very kind. Relaxing in the courtyard was a luxury. There was a bathtub, and although it took a while, I was able to soak in a warm bath. It really helped relieve my fatigue. We're very pleased with the hotel. It's new, conveniently located, the staff is great, and the breakfasts are delicious! We even stayed an extra night and didn't want to leave! The room was cleaned every day, and there was water, tea, and a fridge in the room!

Veey good price for high-quality service and comfortable stay. There's everything essential, like free wifi, air conditioning, washing and ironing, fridge, TV, and so on. For breakfast, you can enjoy a vast variety of treats, cookies, fruits, and meals.

Our stay was very good. The family holding the hotel is a nice one and they helped us finding a taxi to Khiva with a good price.

Breakfast is poor. Owner can fool you with the money, be carefool. Despite of this, rooms are clean. Now road is building, a lot of dust outside.

Nice little hotel about 10 min walk from the Ark. Great warm and helpful hosts who speak little English, very nice room with good AC and decent wifi, but bathroom is pretty bad.

The matron of this hotel is warm and fun-loving. Her whole family made me feel very welcome in Bukhara even on the first day. The place is spotless and the free wifi is great. For an authentic Uzbek experience, you will find it here everyday. LOL

Great location, very walkable to Bukhara’s attractions, and lovely rooms in Uzbek style. There is a kettle in the room, but no tea cups, coffee or tea bags - we asked the young man at reception for some cups. An extra pillow on each bed would be welcome also.

We have been working with the Mehrob Hotel for a long time and wanted to try it out for ourselves this time. We stayed with you for two nights and were very satisfied. Location is perfect, it's within walking distance of all sites. Hotel is clean and staff are extremely helpful. When we first arrived we were shown to a room without a window, we asked to be changed and the manager changed us to a room with windows without any complaints.

We arrived on a rainy night and the lady at the reception kindly offered hot tea, snacks, and checked the next day's weather condition for us. Lovely little touches like this made it a great short stay.
