We have been working with the Mehrob Hotel for a long time and wanted to try it out for ourselves this time. We stayed with you for two nights and were very satisfied.
The hotel is extremely clean and decorated in oriental style with great attention to detail, featuring numerous handmade wood carvings. Thank you also for the very warm welcome!

Amazing place specially the staff - its a family run hotel in the heart of the tourist attraction. Almost everything is walkable.

Good looking hotel in the center of old city - and this is only something positive about this place. Overpriced hotel, small rooms with paper walls, and your may hear who is taking bath or talking literally through all neighbor rooms, smelly rooms with sanitation facilities. I booked this hotel for 2 nights, however, when came evening my clothes and other belongings were just taken out of the room without any notice. Just because they had bigger group and decided to kick out one person. Son of the owner instead of proposing resolution started cursing. No excuses. AVOID this place, Bukhara is such a lovely place with other better hotels available, do not risk to upset yourself during the stay!

Great location, very walkable to Bukhara’s attractions, and lovely rooms in Uzbek style.
There is a kettle in the room, but no tea cups, coffee or tea bags - we asked the young man at reception for some cups. An extra pillow on each bed would be welcome also.

Location is perfect, it's within walking distance of all sites. Hotel is clean and staff are extremely helpful. When we first arrived we were shown to a room without a window, we asked to be changed and the manager changed us to a room with windows without any complaints.
