We had a very pleasant stay at Shahnoza Grand. The location is very central which allowed us to pop in and out as needed. The room was comfortable and cozy, it is what you would expect for such affordable accommodation. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and their birds singing in the courtyard was a lovely addition.
Our room was very spacious and incredibly beautifully decorated. The courtyard with its seating area and pool was also lovely. However, what we will remember most is the host's hospitality and helpfulness. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it.
I don't know why there are negative comments here. I arrived a few hours ago with my boyfriend and his parents and I'm enjoying a really large room with a hot shower, a well-divided bathroom that's practically brand new. I found the property spotlessly clean, and the host was truly kind and helpful. In my opinion, full marks and I recommend the place!

Such a lovely guest house, the hosts are very welcoming and the garden so peaceful. Beautiful place. Highly recommend !!
Wonderful and quiet place We stayed in a nice room with own acess to the garden. Very clean and a good price
All in all it was a good stay. We were here with our camper vans and were able to park safely in the building's yard. There are also toilets and hot showers in the yard right next to the small parking lot. The yard is beautiful and offers some quiet places to relax and drink tea, which was also provided free of charge. They have a washing machine and we were able to dry the laundry in the yard. The...

There's nowhere closer to the Registan. In the very center of Samarkand. The quietest place. Rooms for 3 people. Clean and tidy. Nice courtyard. Very nice hosts. Check-in is very fast. You can negotiate the price. You can get a good night's sleep - it's quiet... Very warm. I was there in February 2026. They answer the phone 24/7. Book directly by phone. I liked it!!!!!
Okay, but their interaction isn't very interesting.
I really liked this place. Everyone was very polite and welcoming. I recommend it to everyone!
I really liked your conditions 👍🏻
Excellent all amenities are there

I booked a three-day tour with two overnight stays with Ruslan. On the way from Bukhara, we stopped in the Sarmishsay Valley to see the Bronze Age petroglyphs. Even though signs of modern tourism are visible, the valley is still very impressive and definitely worth a visit. In Nurata, I received a warm welcome at the modern guesthouse run by Ruslan’s family, and I enjoyed delicious, home-cooked meals...
Ruslan organised everything for us while we were in Nurata and organised our transport from Bukhara and then on to Samarkand. We had an amazing night staying in a beautiful yurt in the desert where a local musician played for us. Local guides took us up through the mountains where our hosts were all extremely welcoming and fed us well. Our highlight was the incredible Saymysh-say George with its amazing...
Our daytrip with Ruslan from Bukhara to Sarmishsoy Gorge was great! Ruslan was extremely knowledgeable about the petroglyphs, friendly in answering our questions, and made sure we were safe walking around the gorge. He also provided us with delicious home cooked food for lunch and drove very carefully. We especially appreciated his great taste in music on the journey! A very memorable day that we would...
We did the 3-Day Tour (Samarkand – Nurata – Kyzylkum Desert – Aydarkul Lake – Bukhara) as a group of 2 and joined other groups along the way. Here are a few highlights of our tour. The first night in the yurt was a great! Although it was very cold, Ruslan and the camp staff made sure we were warm enough during the night by providing wood and fire for our inside heater and plenty of blankets. The camp...
Ruslan organised a wonderful 2 night trip for us in the Nuratua Mountains. We stayed with two host families in different villages which were equally both unique and fantastic. All food was homecooked and absolutely excellent. The hikes to the villages were between beginner/intermediate, you just have to be careful. The villages were so quiet and peaceful and both Asror and Kuldosh’s families were so...

We stayed in Luxury Guest House for 3 days from 02-Mar-23 to 05-Mar-23. 2 Adults + 1 Child 1. Our stay was extremely comfortable. 2. Our experience is satisfactory as Room is Spacious, Clean and Neat. 3. It is a family managed property in a residential area. Lady Nargis (if I pronounce name properly) is very dedicated and sincere. 4. They cooked nice vegetarian dishes for us for morning breakfast...
It is guest house very comfortable for people. We together with family visited this hotel, we really enjoyed. Thanks for such hospitality.
Thanks 👍 for best guest House 🏡
Let alone the businesses that greet you at the reception with the smell of commerce that seems cool but far from intimacy. Come here, be a guest of sincere people who really ask you about your memory. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, luxury guest house family. It was great to be your guest. I will come to you, I hope you always visit
Excellent hotel. Everything is new, clean and beautiful. Heated floors. Varied breakfast. The location is not the center, but the private sector, but with a large number of restaurants on the next street. You can get from the center by taxi in 15 minutes. Attentive hosts. We were upgraded to a better room at no additional cost. We were on the eve of the Novruz holiday and we were treated to the traditional...

I stayed at this hostel for 2 weeks, on different dates, and I really liked it and recommend it for its cost/benefit. I stayed in a shared room with 10 beds, which was great when it wasn't full, because the room doesn't have ventilation at night, so everything is closed. The reception staff, the two guys, were always helpful and attentive. I needed to work and was able to use the main desk. The internet...
I have been here three times and can highly recommend! Very helpful personnel, rooms are basic but comfortable and nice, location is excellent and breakfasts are tasty. Thank you for nice stay!
Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Dorm room had no windows.
Good hostel, near the Registan, quiet place, the AC is amazing! Staff is friendly and speak good english
Formerly known as Minora. Love it! Very cosy environment! Air-con and water pressure are perfect! Warm water is consistent as well. Young men - Muhammd and Bektosh - at the recep are very friendly and helpful. They go all out to help us. Good hostel. The administrators are friendly and helpful. Moreover, easy access to public transportation.
The hotel is pleasant, the hotel guests are welcome, the rooms are clean and also comfortable. I visited there for a couple of days, I liked it.
Affordable hostel with a metro nearby. However, they can put more effort into cleaning and maintenance. The price is not expensive, but I was a little disappointed that I do not clean the bathroom and kitchen often. Breakfast is served fine.
Great prices and rooms are clean
The best hostel! Very hospitable personal, great location, nice atmosphere! We stayed here with big company. They invited guitar player who sang songs for us, that was great 🙂

I was there and I can tell you that it's a very nice place to stay. Also, it was VERY clean!
The guesthouse is in a convenient spot near Chorsu Bazaar, but that’s about where the perks end. Paid USD 45 for a very basic room — quite pricey for what you get. The owner charged USD 20 for a late checkout (6pm), but then cut the electricity while we were resting! After an hour without power, we complained and asked for a discount — ended up paying USD 15 for the inconvenience. Breakfast could also...
“Ravshan was a wonderful host. The stay was great — rooms were clean and comfortable for the price, and the breakfast was decent too. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Chorsu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable, approachable, and clean place to stay.”
Gulnara Guesthouse is a real gem! A peaceful oasis in the middle of bustling Tashkent. The rooms are simple, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The courtyard is wonderful and welcoming. The owner and staff were all super nice and helpful. And I loved the location: near the Chorsu Bazaar (and the Chorsu metro stop).
I arrived early morning and was well-received - I paid for breakast while the room was being cleaned, and it was one of the best for my two-week trip staying in guesthouses. Room was spacious and comfortable enough, although pillows were too thick for my taste. There was soap but no shampoo, but it's one one of the few guesthouses that had "regular" toilet paper! It's close to one metro station and...
Conveniently located 10 minutes away from the Chorsu Bazaar and metro station. Staff was very nice and speak good English. The rooms were spacious, clean and they have air conditioning and a fridge. The breakfast was amazing and it's served in the lovely courtyard where you can relax at the traditional tables. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Tashkent.

Great value place to stay in Samarkand. The family are lovely and welcoming, and the central courtyard is a great place to relax when the heat is too much. Only 10 mins into the centre of town in a shared taxi or mashrutka.

Uzbekistan is a country that you can look at from several aspects, and two are the most important - historically and through the people who live there. You can see and experience Uzbekistan by staying in luxury hotels and visiting famous historical places. Or you can experience Uzbekistan through the people. I was lucky enough to experience it both ways, and this is my story about the MAN and the owner...

We booked the whole guesthouse for our family and had a wonderful stay!! Very welcoming and a true home atmosphere. Value for money is unbeatable. The place is not new but extremely clean and well-kept. Perfect location, close to all main attractions yet tucked away in a quite residential street. You can feel that the host is a real professional and cares about every detail. Thank you!

Great experience! I've stayed here for one night but had a good time. Kind and great family, typical (and amazing) warm house and not too far from main things. Highly recommend it. I payed 150000 for one night and they can arrange a trip to Aral Sea too. A big thanks to them and to the amazing translator (their 9 years old beauty) Rahmat
I am staying here for the past 3 days, the rooms are really cosy and the people are really good, we feel like home here, I am having a very nice time, we get to enjoy their homely food. I had a wonderful stay at Guest House Dilbar. The whole family takes very good care of you and is of good advice for any need! Can recommend it fully! ❤️ The bus that takes you from Mo'ynoq to Nukus leaves just 1 minute from their charming house.
I spent well over an hour walking the town with a pack looking for somewhere to stay, only to find that many of the places marked as hotels in Google maps were, in fact, derelict. This place is the epitome of Uzbek hospitality! While staying here we went on a hike with stunning scenery, ate the most delicious meals, and enjoyed the kindness of the sweetest host family. The rooms are very comfortable. The natural surroundings are beautiful and it was a great place to relax.
Idyllic country home stay which has most of what travellers are looking for. Family run oasis of fertility on the edge of the Nurata scenic area. Basic accommodation and rooms. You can comfortably sit on day beds in the shade...
You have to go outside to get to the toilet (and shower). Not pleasant at night, especially if it's raining. You stay in cinder block chalets built for tourists. Area is pleasant but I'm not sure it's worth the long drive.

Great location in the heart of the old town with 3 terraces. Ruslan, the owner and his sons will do everything to make your stay comfortable, very clean rooms with good beds.
Hotel in the best location in Chiwa. Rooms modest but very clean and well equipped. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. The hotel overlooks the main square of the city and the famous blue minaret. The family running the hotel cares about the comfort but also the guest's privacy. There is an excellent restaurant nearby. The hotel booked a taxi for us to pick us up from Urgench airport.
